well my only argument is he does the same kind of hit in the nhl his arms always come up after the hit and everyone says its cheap or an elbow, how many highlight reels of him are there of him doing the same thing and maybe out of all of them he was penalized once, and i think that was teh first rick nash hit and that wasnt even for the hit so if hes never penalized its because the hits are legal. this guy slashed the other guy the night before and got layed out, thats hockey end of discussion.
