  • Don't eat the big dango family!!

  • What do they taste like ???

  • can you just use regular popsicles? and how many would you use??

  • That looks like a Cavity galore! XD

  • yo its like mochi

  • Maybe u can coat them in a but of cornstarch do they're not too sticky? Anyway cute video. Keep it up!

  • your supposed to steam Dango D:!

  • I dont like the way they taste, its kind of like a plain lack of flavor so we ate them with chocolate/strawberry syrup and it made it taste sliiightly better. The only thing i like about them other than the cuteness of it is the texture it is. The texture is soo weird and rubbery almost, but thats whats makes me want to eat more haha

  • NO DONT EAT THE DANGOSSSS

  • @KraftyPomeranian can u use juice?

  • How long do you cook them??? Sorry for my english....

  • @NiccoCatida until they float up

btw i like that vid Krafty :D

  • @DaekViper Alright thanks xD

  • I just Mitarashi Dango thanks to runny runny 999 but you don't look as well as his or yours but ill continue to practice. hopefully my friends dont die!!!

  • Dango is plain flavored but thats why your supposed to use mitarashi sauce.

  • if we use a popsicle instead of a otter pop wouldn't taste the same???

  • but great video

  • is it reAlly called dango...thats a weird name

  • @MrSniperhigh5 dango is japanese for dumpling

  • Guys if it's all hard in the middle I found out how to fix it! Make it with mochiko! And add a bit of water with the otter pop so it's super squidgy! It worked today <3 making more tommorow nomnom :)

  • I tried it everything was coming out perfect until I put it in the boiling water I took them out and they were really hard!

  • You can use any flavor you like huh? Looks good and easy :)

  • how you eat is so noisy.

  • Where did I mess up? When I cooked mine they were still dry and crumbly on the inside! Helpppppp?

  • @BeanieCoco samee! D:

  • yeah, when i made it, it was realllly liquidy :L so i wasted alot of money :L

  • did i miss something? when did you use the cornstarch? D:

  • I got frustrated trying to roll the cooked dough into a log, then balls. I just roll out the dough into perfect balls before plopping them into water so I don't have to mess with the sticky dough later. These are so good, I am so glad they sell the mochi flour across the street :)

  • I eat plain white dango with the sauce :P it's delicious

  • Let's kick it up a notch with otter pop BAM!

  • Edible clay hehe just kidding

  • SHE LIED! i used like 3/4 of my bag of rice flour (it was 16 oz or 1 pound) JUST to make the dough!

  • Thats what she said its so good pop

  • 4:21 I really did like the video, but I had to stop it before it ended cuza all that friggin chewing she was doing. =/

  • This doesn't work unless you use glutinous rice flour.

  • @xoxoAkiraR Strawberry otter pop....

  • @xoxoAkiraR she used a red or pink otter pop.

  • That looks so good. X3

My brother's birthday is coming up and he loves sweets do I'm thinking of making this and maybe mochi too. ^^

I was just wondering what did you use to make the pink dango?

  • @XxlosycupcakexX juice would probably wor but you have to use the same proportion as a otter pop or else the ratio will be off!

  • Hi i was just wondering, can you use juice for the flavoring?

  • @XxlostmycupcakexX I think you can

  • @Minubabezz Thanks

  • I tried this ad it wasn't sweet enough and I know you said not to complain so I just have a suggestion if it's not sweet enough try using sweetened rice flour.(Mochiko/glutinous)

  • pretty cool ive been wanting to know how to color them

  • ew

  • DANGO DAIKAZOKU!!

  • Interesting way you have done this for sure but I don't think I would make it this way, too much sugar for me. For your Originals you did use the Sauce they normally do right? Plus I just wanted to agree with allot of people this is a very creative way! but just too sugarie for me ^^;

  • BIG DANGO FAMALIY!!!!!!!!!

  • A smasher dumbo

  • Not a wisk.

  • doese corn starch work

  • so a otter pop is like a popsicle.? :D love the vid btw!

  • @miacarol17 Anything with flavor works. =)

  • I'm going to try this :D Awesome video!

  • can you use a freezie?

  • @cockerspanielowner Yes, that would work. Although, I don't think it has flavor. Anything that adds flavor would work.

  • Does it have to be a specific kind of Rice Flour because I have Glutenous Rice Flower.

  • @richgrow21 Yes, that's the exact flour you have to use to get that texture, anything else won't work. =)

  • @tweewin Thanks, I was wondering.

  • o n wat do u do if u stir n its not like a clayish thing

  • WHERE DO U BUY OTTER POPS ! ! ! !

  • @B2STBANG69 They're in grocery stores, like a foot long and pretty much just sugar-colored water.

  • @B2STBANG69 don't know but you can, I think, use mr.freeze or something like that. Just be careful, le quantity must be the same of the otter pops

sorry foer my poor English... I'm french

  • o also to stop the stickyness use a little corn starch on Ur hands :D o how I love cooking giggle

  • yeah ignore the ignorent ppl they got no life I love Ur idea very cute my cousin love making it even though most ended up on them giggle

  • Does the water have to be hot because it looked like your cup was boiling hot & steaming??

  • could you possibly eat this "dango dough" before you boil it? or would it be yucky??? please reply!

  • @TheKawaiiClayCafe it wont kill you you prob can

  • 3:18 you say these are so delicious and i can't wait to try them... that makes no sense! how do you know that they are soooooo delicious?! LOL ^_^

  • @TheKawaiiClayCafe you must be stupid.

  • @AlannaGabby

Why don't you find someone who wants to listen to you?

Am i imbecilic or something? or do you not even know what that word means?!

besides, I don't argue with idiots, they will just lower me to their level then beat me with experience. geez

  • it did not turn out this way so it was a waste of rice flour and watter

  • Oh a tip is if you don't have cornstarch for the syrup then just pour an otter pop and sugar in a pot/pan over a fire stir every once in a while for about 10 mins the sugar will condense and make it like caramel

  • I just made this with strawberry otter pops ^^ they are good

  • mine are really grainy how to fix this

  • Good description. I think i will try to follow it and make some of my own some day! I've wanted to try dango's for a long time now but i think i haven't found a good reciept but i will try this and hope for the best! So thank you for the video! ^^

  • Can you use freezies instead? And do they have to be frozen before you make you dango with it?

  • omg that looks good! i wanna make them:) ive had mochi before an i really liked it, but i havnt had dango before, i'll have to try it:)

  • they look fun to play with

  • WOW YOUR SO CLEVER :D MERRY CHRISTMAS! :D

  • i epically failed at this.

  • To prevent sticky-ness, use corn starch once you take the mochi out of the boiling water and you start kneading it.

  • i have tried to make it but it failed :'( step 1 good step 2 good step 3 fail it stuck very

plz can you explane step 3 once again

  • I tried this, and I failed... I think it's because I used Sweet Rice Flour?

  • A otter pop is 1 oz., i dont like otter pops so, i use kool aid.

  • can i just use some syrup mixed with water instead of the otter pop??

  • Comment removed

  • GUYS! You don't need rice flour! I used white flour and snowcone syrup!

  • Stick problem solution= Use flour... =-=

  • Wats otter pop?? Is it like a regular Popsicle ?

  • too much sugar x.x

  • Eww gross.

  • @cpfans123 LOL CHARLIE. It looks good. D:

  • Comment removed

  • ^^omg dango

  • Where can you find rice flour?

  • Say if you wanted to make strawberry ones, would you use a strawberry ice pop? (Are there strawberry otter pops?)

  • Are you from the USA? If so, what stores can otter pops be found?

  • can i actually use snowcone syrup for flavoring?? PLZ REPLY I REALY WANNA MAKE THIS!!!

  • thumbs up if you saw the dango in the background at 3:55

  • I can't wait to make this!

  • i just made it and it turned out really good thank you

  • when i made these dangos they didn't turn out right what did i do wrong can you please help me !

  • I remember the first time I made dangos, they were the sweet and salty ones.

And somehow they turned out with a gummy texture. Is it supposed to be like that?

  • Can you use mochiko? thanks please respond

  • ... ;_; I can't use wheat flour or corn flour? I have both of those.. but not rice flour..

  • i want your dangos

  • Awesome! Thank u!

  • i guess ill make regular. all that syrup sounds a bit to sweet!

  • At least eat a smaller bite or something and don't speak with your mouth full.

  • i cant make it cos its in the pan :(

  • in Australia you cant get otter pops.... what else can i use instead??

  • i tried this and it turned out terrible! not the taste! when i took it out of the boiling water, it was slimy on the outside, and hard on the inside...what did i do wrong?

  • cute video <3 I wanna try it too!!

  • Btw ignore the mean comments you are very creative and for all you rude people just don't comment if you don't have something nice to write no body cares what you think

  • @InspiredByMusic340 :) Agreed, I'm going to have to try this, as you said it was very creative. I dislike how people criticize others. If I don't like a video, I don't tell someone that. I love this video, and I find it amazing! :D

  • Thank you can't wait to try it ^_^

  • Ewww, blue raspberry dango

  • ewwwww u chew so gross b more lady like

  • Smart!~ the otterpop never crossed my mind.. but ill sure be attempting that now..

  • Comment removed

  • Uh, I was just wondering if you actually used regular rice flour or the glutinous kind. Many ppl get mixed up and their end product 99% of the time tastes horrible, so I was really wondering whether you really followed the recipe. To make daifuku, dango or mochi you have 2 use specifically GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR or in korea they call it sweet rice flour (though it isnt at all sweet and is basically glutinous rice flour too) / MOCHIKO FLOUR/ SHIRATAMAKO FLOUR (which actually can only be found in j

  • I made some . And when i mixed it together .. it was a liquid . Then i added more rice flour it didnt taste very good .

  • It doesn't matter if she chews really loud! We're all really gross once in our lifetime and we all chew, right? :)

  • My BIGGEST pet peeve is smacking, I fucking hate it. other than that good vid. :)

  • I dont think you should talk when your mouth if full or play with food. But ive got to say that looks so squishy :)

  • when you were chewing i gagged... thanks :D

It bothers the hell out of me when people can't keep their mouth closed when they eat!

  • Very cool! ! ! I may have to try it this way cause when I try to steam them i cant seem to get the log formed :/

  • but u dont need to add to add otter pop

she just add otter pops just to add flavor :D

  • An otter pop is a snow cone syrup or a popsicle

  • I did it exactly how you did but it didn't look ANYTHING like that. I don't know what I'm doing wrong XD

  • whats up with otter pots?

  • @negativenoah She puts in an otter pop. o.o

  • cool(: im gonna try it lol. but what if you wanna make it plain? do you just leave it as 1/2 cup or water without using the otter pop? lol

  • @Crazy4Polymer There are lots of tutorials to make plain ones, and you can melt chocolate to dip them in :D

  • @PennieKitten maby and sugar in the the dongo

  • They look really cute. I made some, today. But, there wasn't enough sugar! It wasn't very sweet at all. I'll try again tomorrow... :/

  • are they good

  • your chewing in the video drove me crazy ugh! next time don't eat so noisily it is gross.

  • @bekah78006 That person is just a kid. The chewing didnt even bother me. Why you are making a big deal?. Unless......your a crack pot surfing on you tube getting high or something and the chewing made you paranoid.

  • i made these dangos....and they tasted like CRAP :(

  • @meganandremmie33 you probably used the wrong kind of rice flour

  • What's otter pop? ^^"

  • your dangos look so cute :D hehe <3 dangos <3 ^o^ p.s ilove ur pink 1s :D

  • your dangos look so cute :D hehe <3 dangos <3 ^o^

  • Tips: when you're mixing the ingredients, keep mixing until Well Blended. As for kneading the dough, using your palms and folding it is easier than attacking the dough with your fingers.

    -a friend of Alkanile ;D

Ah, intruder (friend). Sorry, she wanted to write something so I let her. haha

  • my came out too chewy!!! and suuuper sticky!!! how do i fix that?

  • i tried making your type of dangos and they didn't work just a tip you should tell how much sugar to put in cause my didn't work it was all chunky!!!!!!!! ):

  • Looks yummy but I don't think I can make that!!!:(

  • @emilovesyouxp your brother probably put too much water, try adding a little bit of rice flour if it turns out like that, and you stir until most of the liquid is absorbed by the flour xD

I did it~ :D but i used green tea powder and no sauce x3

  • @KraftyPomeranian this is different but interesting~ I've never thought of boiling. ahha I usually steam them ^_^

  • My brother attemted this and it never got crumbly. How long did you stir it before kneading?

  • what r otter pops?

  • @petra117 me too!!!!

  • Gonna try this asap! :D

  • You chew too loud. Dont you know not to play with your food? :/ And whats with you and "otter pops"?

  • it didnt work i did everything u said and it just turned out as liquid

  • @anika778 Ok..:/ That means i have otter pops in my freezer! cx

  • Comment removed
