Two problems with this set. 1/ the white lights flash rate is far too fast. 2/ The red lights are shimmering instead of flashing. I make these kits myself out of 3mm and 5mm high brightness led's with a chioce of colours and led ammounts. My kits can run up to 15 volts with 10 high brightness led's. Check them out on ebay. I can also "Build to order" for the required length of cable to save on excess inside your model, and i give the option of installing an on/off switch and battery lead.
White strobes on real planes and choppers do strobe that fast and red beacons do not alternate...they "flash/rotate" independently of each other..I know because I'm a licensed pilot and flew both helicopters and fixed wing aircraft!

Crap. White lights flash way too fast. Red beacons should alternate flash.
Save your money. These look cack on a heli, because they are not right.
