meh, i dont know why people say what nuculais is very hard, is truth what he does a lot of damage but if you learn how to use the dodge correctly you can dodge most of hes attacks. also, potions help :P

The classical Legion is the most intriguing boss for me

Legion is one of my fave castlevania bosses...its pretty disgusting, yet morbidly fascinating. It was in Aria, Harmony, Portrait. I think it Symphony too but called something else. I could never beat this one...it kept pwning me with that purple beam thing. so I just gave up. Good thing it's optional in this one I guess

I can remember that this boss was the hardest in this game!!! :S :S becuase I hadn't the 7 bladed sword is this moment u_u I remember that I used all my innocesce devils specially the mage and the golem type the meteo and machine gun attack from them has helped me a loot!! =) but now si easy this boss becuase I have the death scythe ;)

yeah, i remember right now, it's really that part where i use the Death's Scythe, because nuculais is too busy eating and growing, when i, instead, am dealing lots of damage. He dies before he grows, hehe. I also remember that i used to use the Force Glove on Legion. because of the big vertical beam hiting lots of blocks. Just suggestions, i used to play this game a lot, and you did well on this boss ;D

Death's Scythe is also nice against Nuculais, but maybe the slow moviment might not compensate the 7 bladed sword's agility, and making you less vulnerable to a sudden attack. just a suggestion if you wanna try timing out big damage sacrificing your attack speed =P i don't remember now, but i thought of that because there was a nice situation where the scythe was amazing, maybe it's when Nuculais grows in size becoming gigantic.

@Shadowserg not tryin to tell you how to play the game or sumthin, but why the shit did you fight legion with the 7-bladed sword. the thing is tolerant to darkness and darkness is what the 7-bladed sword is made of.

to make seven bladed sword, you will need the rare drop Beelzebub'seal from those unicorn looking enermy(those that control papers to attack you, you can find them at infinite corridor )

and the Damascus steel to make Damascus sword (you can steal from the gladiator, just go near them and constantly press steel when they lunch a swing and smach attack with their morning star)

to make Hein the special weapon you must at least need to steal the devil iron from Minotaur

and the dark matter from Blaze Phantom ( perfect guard to his back flip like attack to steal from it )

Using the Nyoi-Bo weapon makes the first half of this fight a hell of a lot easier. It has such a wide swing that it can take out the surrounding enemies without requiring you to look around.

What was your level? I took him down at LVL 47. There's a trick to beat his Nuculais form: use the mage type's devil Agunea to cause a good damage, then use battle type's Mercury Ball repeatedly or bird type's Flame Dive or something like that..
