@subseeker Where can one find these techniques you speak of for free? I'd rather not go out and spend $100.00 for a video like this. My classmates and I are trying to put together a short sword fight on stage and we can't find ANYTHING on the internet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
@mindybco I'm sure these techniques are ment for adult martial artists only, or at least you should have some kind of background with fighting machetes. Someone could use these skills for other purposes, if you know what I mean. I don't believe that tallswede80 has ANY background when it comes to that.

you dont really need a video to tell you how to defend yourself with a machete i was walking around wit my 22inch columbian machete and some (racial stereotypes) tried to rob me but they ran when i pulled out my machete : )
well what if a criminal has a bat or a larger object with more weight to it..wouldn't you rather get around that and slice him real good were it counts.
i sliced a bat in half with one of my machetes :) loisville slugger vs. a hella sharp 29 inch machette bat swung right into the blade which i swung directly into it . slced 90% throught snapped the rest off
Good recommendation about this movie and the fabuluous blade its about man. I just got one, the Panga Machete that is, from cold steel, and its awesome :) I gotta test it out on branches and such soon
You can get ALL of those "instructions" from this DVD collection free from YouTube. So why would anyone buy it...
