I think your premise of flipping land for profit could be profitable once you know exactly what your looking for.However,I am alittle confused when you get to that critical junction of deciding where to buy vacant land.You say to "piggy back" on your competition's success. To me this seems a bit vague...mind explaining alittle more how and why you do this?I mean how would you really ever know if your competitors made money flipping land, I am thinking they aren't just going to divulge this info
