I once caught a European Carp and I was going to clean and fillet it for yabbie food ( I live in Australia). First of all the fish isn´t raw! As you can see the fish is grilled. Second the fish was only grilled on the torso. The head and its brain is still "intact". Even though the fish is of course dead, the nerves still causing reflexes of the muscles. This is why the fish is moving when you touch it. So do some research before you post such "facts" and consider delating this video in order not to deceive others!
