I can understand that people find Cameron appealing and fresh, after all he`s reasonably new, comes over well and is totally `inexperienced`.
Have a close look at the work / career history of both Cameron & Osborne. You will find evidence for `concern` to say the least.
Brown is a conviction polititian with the inteligence, substance, sincerity, experience, drive and backbone to do the job.
Good news is just around the corner.

personally I think when a PM steps down this should trigger a general election. I actually believe that GB is the man to lead Britain out of the rescession and we are witnessing what happens when the government has too much on its plate to deal with spin and PR, ie labours demise. Its a sad state of affairs when a prime minister will be elected not on policy but because we fancy a change! Cameron is merely a slightly more appealing alternative. Our system stinks.

Bring back Kenneth Clarke in the Treasury, He was the Greatest Chancellor of the Exchequer (1993-1997) for the Past 40 years.
I don't agree and don't like his Pro-European Views though.
The greatest mistake we made as a country was electing out John Major and the Conservative Party in 1997's General Election.

GB isn't perfect but suffers considerably by the fact that modern politics is more about personailty than ability. I don't think he can take full blame for the economy, or even the brunt for that matter, to a large extent he has been a victim of circumstance. He was an excellent chancellor. The reality is I'd rather have him running the country than either of the two other main candidates.

but he wasnt an excellent chancellor. When the country was doing well instead of putting aside cash to our country`s reserves for when we hit a buffer he kept spending and spending ( mainly tax credits ) so when the shit did hit the fan we had nothing in reserve and now we`re one of the Worst placed countries to recover from the recession . He`s been a disaster.

Brown is the worst prime minister in our country's long history. I find the idea that anyone can defend him in these comments to be staggering. It only makes sense if you explain it by the fact that Brown himself is probably logged in and writing half this stuff. Actually given the Damian McBride scandal, it's not only unlikely a few New Labour cronies have been assigned the job, this impression being supported by the incompetence of the comments defending Our Dear Leader Brown.
