  • Nice video juju - well done. Is this some kind of cross breed of the kacher and tesla hairpin??? or is the tesla hairpin just sitting on the lab bench?

Ive been unable to experiment recently, but i'll be joining you in 10 days - going back home with transistors for the kacher, and magnesium ribbon for my airbatteries......gonna try and find silver plated wire also....

    Keep up the great work!

  • @MrFlathunter thank you brother!

im not using the hairpin circuit, is just the katcher!! cant wait to see what you will be up to...

keep in touch!! big hug :)

  • Nice Sparks, dude!

Did youtube hate your music? I have a video i am afraid of uploading because it might eat my music......

your "somekind of problem" might be the transistor's HFE is degrading. Try adding that 2 diode + LED chain from the Emitter to the Base. That protects the transistor. Without that, the transistor fries slowly.

If that isnt the problem then the source battery might be getting low.

    Kool Beans!

  • @CosmicGnarler thank you for the advice! i think that might be what is happening!

because my power source is not a battery, but a wall adaptor of 20V

2 diodes in series with a led? from emiter to base? im using a resistance of 170Ohm in that place

    hugs :)
