  • Bodies is controversial because its a Chinese operation. People have said that the bodies used are actually prisoners. Bodyworlds is different. They have every single donation documented.

  • Am I the only one who finds this exhibition at least slightly sick and twisted? Why not just make extremely realistic sculptures..

  • I wish my body can come to such use after my life. Unless it can come to even more acute use as organ donation.

  • is this filmed with paper?

  • Now that they've broken the exhibit all up it's crap and over priced

  • They got the bodies and organs from people who died of a natural cause and was willing to donate their body to science rather than having it shoved underground in a hole.

  • @peter71396 I´ve heard about it a lot but I´ve never seen the document they supouse to sign , sometimes I´m starting to doubt about it... Have you ever seen that document ?. Even though, those exhibition are wonderfull and make me realize we are a huge miracle.

  • Yes, I give it the fact that it is educational. BUT, at what point do we as humans cross the line? Does no one else view this as just a little barbaric? These are HUMANS. Not just dummies we can take apart and play with. I was especially stricken with something (which of wasn't in this particular video) of the display of fetuses of a baby. There they are, in a glass jar, or under glass, for us to "learn". Like we couldn't have simply REPLECATED these things??

  • @shesarebel1818 When someone dies usually they are just buried. When you're buried bacteria, fungus, and bugs will usually take over the body. Depending on your caskets materials it could also be devoured by bugs. Funerals aren't cheap, someone has to pay for it, and it's usually the family. Just so you can have a tombstone, take up space, and be decomposed later on. The bodies in the exhibition give purpose to showing the living just how extraordinary the human body really is.

  • @shesarebel1818 You may call it barbaric but it's so much more than just rotting away, it's showing people how you lived, the lifestyle you chose, and how well you took care of your body. More people take to heart something they've seen that is real compared to a replica, it interests people more. Why not give yourself a purpose to serve after you are dead and gone? There's nothing else to do with you anyway, let others learn from your past.

  • I went to the exhibit in Columbus, OH. I was a trained paramedic, and seeing these bodies up close and in context was amazing. Nothing like a cadaver. Seeing it was something I'll always remember.

  • did they never went in Italy???

  • only if my pal Jeffery Dahmer was still alive

  • @wpniabbc Quit being narrowminded! This isn't about slaughtering people and violence, as you believe; this is a chance to educate people and give them an opportunity inwhich they wouldn't otherwise have to learn about their own body. People donate their own bodies to science&sign papers saying exactly where they'd like their bodies to go. I truly pitty you if you are so ignorant to wish ill will on another person, regardless if he/she is educating or "selling parts of.. people". Shame on you!

  • Now HOW is that interesting? With a world already full of violence wouldn't you think things like watching someone cut a body into pieces would only fuel some sick psychopathic person to go ahead and do this sort of thing?

Its almost like him saying "look this is how its done"...Yuk!

AND...selling parts of animals and people...Omg where is the respect of letting someone or something rest in piece...I hope he gets haunted by restless spirits...if he isnt already!

  • @wpniabbc People do allow their bodies to be used for science in order to better understand how it works and then it helps more people in the long run. if you don't like it don't watch it or go to it.

  • @wpniabbc selling parts of animals is called the deli at your grocery store

  • @wpniabbc youknow, if they did not reaserch human body in this way, you propably never were born!because study of delivering was written studying dead, pregnant wimen.

it is nesseserly to tret people, and people should be interesten in those things to become good doktors, because you would not be happy to have surgery, done by a doctor, who have never seen how human looks inside?

  • I'm should the Chinese prisoner that died on death row is happy you would see him.Who knows if he had done any wrong to get there.

  • i went when i stayed at the luxor, pretty cool. i learned some things.

  • This is so beautiful to me <3 I dream of becoming art like this.....

  • i wonder how it would taste if i take a huge chomp on dat heart....

  • went today.. it sucked HARD

  • I'm glad this young man is so exited, but does he consider where the bodies came from?

  • @travisklein11 bodies were donate for science

  • This is not the Body Worlds exhibition, in case people are confused. This is a separate exhibition.

  • i just went to see it in vegas :)

  • i went there today

  • this place is cool

  • I saw this in Tucson AZ Oh my gosh it was so amazing its breath taking I recomend it 100%

  • Although this exhibition is no doubt amazing. It really is a little alarming to me that the bodies come from China...everyone knows what goes on their in regards to underground industry and cadaver trade.

  • is good exhibition cause open peoples mind and perception

  • After taking a few medical classes, I know I will be more appreciative of the Bodies Exhibit.

  • today on 3/25/10 i went to the bodies exhibti its really awsome when you see it in person bc you see what a baby looks like ant eh begnning and alot of other awsome things to it was mind blowing crazy!!!!!

  • Amazing!

  • i wanna check this out out one day

  • simply another version of horocaust exhibit organised by China. I´m not amazed by the fact US people are such innocent and stupid as this. I once was.

  • 3:27

I thought hes was gonna say "makes me wanna go home an peel the skin off my body"

  • @JustinTR1990 lol it's probably what he was thinking

  • im goin on a feild trip there

  • very cool exhibit. when i went to c it, some still had hair on then.

  • I would LOVE to see it! The human anatomy fascinates me(as an artist), so this would be one experience I'd never forget! I think I'll go to the one in NYC.

  • i saw that when it was in ohio! it was awesome

  • I got to see it in New York. At first I was a little creeped out but I found it fascinating. I''m very interested in medicine and how the human body works. It's well worth the money.

  • I saw it 3 times in real exhibition and every time I learn something new about our body . very interesting . Thank you for sharing

    Tom - Canada

  • interesting video, i like it,thanks Tom for sharing

  • que es esto?????

  • O xristos kai h panagia re malakaaaa!!!!! anatrixiasa!!

  • are these real bodies???

  • Yeah, that's some creepy fucking shit isn't it?

  • that is sick!!

  • Yes

  • I was there yesterday and held a heart, and i swear to god i felt it make a beat, scared the shit outta me!

  • i was there today man, it was disgusting but it was worth it man! I actually touched a real brain!

But on tip: Don't do the mistake I did and eat Pizza after this!

  • i ate lomein does that count?

  • If you do more research, you will note that alot of people agreed to have thier bodies donated to science. The media likes to play up alot of things that aren't even remotely true. In fact, most are based on what RUMORS say. I don't think I'd mind if my body was put into good use. In fact, if my body somehow could cure cancer; I'd be saving lives.

  • Human bodies are inhuman? GTFO, alien.

  • i agree with you.

  • i also grabbed a brain!!

  • went to tit today in Puerto Rico and i feaked out when i saw the arteries!!!

  • God had nothing to do with this.

  • I went there and it was amazing! (and disgusting :P) But in some people the eyes are not real (as the doctor there said)

  • Yeah I Wnet To That But The Contreversy Was AThat There Was Bullet Holes In The Back Of Some Heads And In Dublin You Could See A Stab Or Wound Mark On One Body So Someone Reportred It And ThEY cARRIED iT oUT

  • I went to see this yesterday in Dubin. Now first I have to say that this is an amazing exhibition and can teach you a whole lot about the human body that I never knew before. I did enjoy learning all these things. However upon doing a bit of research on the exhibition it seems these bodies are unclaimed chinese citizens who more than likely have died in prisons and considering china's prison records may have been tortured.

  • im going to the one in dublin ! i heard about the china prison criminals and am curious on the idea of that ..... it seems amazing ... and somewhat disgusting ! i never taught ireland would see this exhibit though ! would you recomend it ?

  • It's good it taught me alot if not leaving me a little disturbed and put off my food for the next two days. If you're not at all squeemish i reccomend it. But yes they are unclaimed chinese prisoners who met a sad end only to have their bodies mutilated.

  • i saw the 20/20 video on it so sad but i have to see it it seems good for education purpouses also !

  • attended this in dublin last week.was extremely interesting, wish my son was older so i could have brought him

  • is it good ? im going to it in dublin in march !

  • yes excellent!!we went 2 c it in dublin da day it opened, was extremely busy dat day so u couldn't get a proper look but by march should have calmed down, hope u enjoy!!

  • kewl cant wait te see it !

  • Yup, I'm going on Sunday.

  • Listen people - a 20/20 report indicated that since the company supplying the bodies can't verify the source of these bodies, and former employees allege that the bodies are executed Chinese prisoners used against their will, then perhaps these people were essentially *murdered* for profit. In China you can be a prisoner for practicing freedom of speech and religion. If the allegations are true, these people were murdered for profit and you are part of this sick chain if you are attending this!

  • I just saw it today. It was the most boring exhibition I've ever seen. Waited in line for an hour to see that crap. The parts with the sliced humans which is the only remotely interesting part is very little.

  • They were chinese political (state)prisoners.

Just look at their far-eastern face composition.

  • this is now in hungary, budapest, i was there

  • i tried to go to this but it was SOOO CROWDED!

  • i went to 1 also

  • I went to one! Where was this at

  • I went to one! Where was this at

  • The human body is amazing and beautiful. God's true masterpiece.

  • im gonna go check it out tonight!!

  • Crystallaaa, who are you to say what is human and what is not, donate organs can save 1 life, but donating your body to explore it can save 1000 (actually i think that more), besides our body its just a package that says made in earth, our soul is the important part of ourselves. So just enjoy and learn of this exhibition.

  • You wouldn't believe how amazing this museum is. I saw it here in San Diego and it was just mind blowing, I was learning all this new information about the body that i never would have known. Plus its great for me because i would very much rather interact with something than read about it, so it gives you all the information that a book can give you, if not more, plus the great experience.

  • I agree with you and besides the fear anyone could feel by thintking about "dead ppl", It help us to realize and remember what a wonderfull miracle each one of us is.

  • its really creepy and there are some really fucked up things

  • i ssaw this 2 months ago it was amazing but it was kinda creepy cuz the eyes are staring at u!!!

  • I went to see this last month in Fort Lauderdale, Miami. It's amazing.

  • im going to see this in manchester and i think its going to be educational to see how my body is inside. i cant wait.

  • Great, Great, Great !!

As long as you go though the exhibition just try to remind you, what you are looking at are real human bodies, because they are so perfect handed that it´s really easy to forget that.

  • yeah i have that in my head already before i go. its like seeing skeletons in the doctors etc you dont realise they are real bones until you think of it. i have lots of families and friends that have seen it in other parts of the country and world and they have all said its very tasteful and educational. to everyoe else these 'bodies' are donated before the person dies they know exactly what is going to happen to them by the way.

  • okay people, i volunteer at the cincinnati museum center where this exhibit currently is and i can tell you for a fact that the bodies are all unclaimed bodies or the actual people signed up to have their bodies put in an exhibit like this or for scientific research. its no big deal. well, also, i can tell you... the exhibibt IS AMAZING and very cool!

  • Hi there !!... I haven´t made a research about the subject, but at first sight I don´t know (at least in my country) about such procedure where we donate our full body for scientific research.. have you ?

  • I visted the museum yesterday. its a good exibhition. But I also feel its unethical. The person at the exibhition said " these are uncliamed bodies from China" do you think a communist country cares about human life.

I feel this bodies have been abused and disrespected, anatomy lab is ok but public display is an insult and we seem to be feeding the greed for money of corporations by visiting the museum.

The exibhitors will burn in hell

  • There is no hell. I would not mind being preserved like this. Hell, someones would pay for that.

  • I wouldn´t worry about showing my body like this, as long as I agree to do it and as long as my family don´t don´t realize I´m the one they are watching to.

  • It seems death has now become a form of entertainment.

    Congratulations America.

  • its not only america....

  • I went to see this today in Cinncinnati.

    I was amazed by it.

  • I wonder..UMMMM.all are chinese people, poor, needed by hunger to sell the body of their relatives, unknow and killed by the government by political reasons. All these people in that freaking expo or whatever is called didn,t chose to be a dead doll or to be recorded, that's not art or medicine it is using the power of money and justifying with a study of medicine when they pretend to make art from injustice and unequality.

  • I never ever heard about "art", so I don´t agree with U on calling this "art". I agree with U about the source of the bodies, it´s been a hard debate where do they come from. To tell the truth I have mixed feelings, the first one to apreciate and realize we are living miracles, the other feelings has to do on what U mention.

  • who is U?

  • ???, don´t get it ?

  • thats cool!

here in NY... i should go when have time!

    heheheh

    nice vid.

  • hurry up !!... don´t miss it, it´s just amazing !!

  • dude, i'll ! lol

man.. i really appreciate your vid-posts!

keep doin the same, very good.

  • thank´s..

  • i pussied out in amsterdam we didnt go we jus smoked up instead

  • is this the german guy's travelling exhibit?
