Let's see. You get 1and1/2 yrs for possessing a firearm. Now merely possessing a firearm is almost as bad as murder, because for the actual murder you get 2 yrs. That of course applies to women who kill men for verbal abuse and not paying maintenance. I seriously doubt a man would get such a light sentence if he killed a woman for the same reasons.
