well you need a movie-making program, either Windows Movie Maker or imovie if you own a mac.
You need music and movie clips
the Movie clips i think you can download
but i just use the dvds i have, cos i'm a disney freak n have heaps and use a program called Magic DVD Ripper to get them onto my comp and voila, add the clips to ur movie making program and TA-DA
