    As for those of you commenting on the size of the weights. Hypertrophy-training and Strength-training are not the same. A lot of exercises you won't need a huge amount of weight to induce hypertrophy, just a good exercise and good form. That'll make your muscle grow in size. (not as much strength) Been training for 10 years and then some, so I have a pretty good idea what works and what doesn't.

  • Everyone saying 20kg is light and acting as if their the next Arnie is quite pathetic. Probably most people saying that 20kg is a warm up weight at best, and they do all these higher weights makes me laugh. Infact i'd love to see the majority of them post up doing a heavier weight, i can pretty much bet if they lift what they say they'll have terrible form and gain hardly anything compared to a lesser weight and correct form. Don't get me wrong though, it isn't the heaviest of weights.

  • @iApophisZziX 20kg really isn't that heavy... it is 44lbs. Most people who lift SHOULD be able to curl that assuming they actually know what they are doing. If you wanna be Arnold however, go buy some Dbol and try. It won't happen.

LOL at the begining of this year so like august 2010 i couldnt even do 135 at 150 lbs at 511, now a year later i do 225 max and 180 for reps of 6. i dont even know what this dude is doing weight that heavy for stabilizers thats fuckin stupid. if ur going to work chest do heavy bench like 6 to 8 reps then for stabilizers do light and smooth

Imagine half way through your set one arm fails and the dumbell drops on your head you could possibly knock your self out or do worst damage. For people wondering how to spot someone for incline dumbells you just simply push their arms from below the elbows but slowly because doing it too fast can cause damage.
