Yes, this is a video of a bolted-flange style drilling riser. At 4:37 you can clearly see the head of a riser flange bolt, with the choak and kill lines also visable. The floatation is in sight on the riser section directly above the bolt. At 5:04 you have another clear view of the bolts at another flange joint.
I would say that this is parts of the rig that blew up but that pipe thing it followed was very long .Im puzzeled maybe a oil pipe line of some sorts but did not know of any under water pipe lines in the Gulf .But with BP /GOV all lies !
