bumper is true to a lightning......3rd brakelight is a 99, taillights are off a 99. The only thing throwing you clowns for a loop is everything is paint matched. Smoothed side steps smoothed rear step on bumper and painted tailgate handle. Window surround is also painted. I hate to burst the bubble to you guys but it is a lightning.

So for example : I have a 1998 Chevy Silverado 2wd. I didn't put a bunch of chrome everywhere(i.e. 98% of the truck). All I put on it was a flowmaster exhaust system which sounds really good.
