I had problems getting this achievement at first, too. It seems that the grunt locations are a bit random, so just keep trying and you'll eventually get it.

Fuck this, I spent an hour and a half doing this stupid shit perfectly, one-shotting everything, and as soon as I kill the last sleeping grunt it triggers the drum music and I don't get the achievement. These Anniversary achievements suck. "How Pedestrian" sucked the shitty ass hairs out of my empty soul.
