Just confirming the starters are +10, not +20. I changed it because people were having severe trouble with the Smoochum in Cerulean City. 105 SAtk Smoochum is a bit bleh

btw Magby/Elekid/Smoochum are actually easier to train I think because their needed EXP for Level 100 is lower than the original starters~
