  • write your senators and reps instead of bugging the cops.

  • Go suck a bag of sicks and get out of my country. This is not a violation of civil rights. These are cops trying to save lives, like the swore to, as you pointed out. If you have a problem with laws, talk to lawmakers.

  • You are a douche bag! I hope you get hit by a drunk driver and get killed....

  • @gtasalova6969 ...says the moron who just wished someone dead. Fail loser.

  • this is retarded. maybe on day your kid gets killed by a drunk driver and then your going to be crying why didnt they have a checkpoint.

  • Why don't they just put a Chip in us, and force us to drive wearing Helmets and Body Armor?

It would be for our safety after all, right ya fucking pansies?

  • Lol i love when cops get pwned.

  • Truthfully the reason why countries in europe don't have half as many problems with the infringement of law is because we don't want to shove our rights in their faces, we understand that if a policeman asks for our drivers lisences we can just give it to them and make both of our lives easy. I don't understand why so many americans want to flex their rights when you can just go with the flow

  • @zalannoszek Oh do go on. European talk about the virtue of "going with the flow" is always inspiring.

  • @dreamcore look, there is absolutely no reason for you to not want to show the police your ID, if you show them and cooperate then they will most likely forget ever having the encounter, so there is no reason to worry about personal information. So why the hell resist something that doesn't cause any problems

  • @zalannoszek It seems no matter how many lessons are available from those around them and those before them, some people can only learn by their own direct painful experiences.

  • @dreamcore but they don't learn, they think it's good that they do this because it stops america from becoming a 'police state'

  • @zalannoszek When there are so many tens of thousands of laws now that serious estimates can be made that Americans unwittingly commit three federal felonies daily, to say nothing of state and local statutes, I'm not entirely certain its not already there.

But while the battle these guys are choosing here is not likely one I would, I'm still glad that they can manage it. Some may grow out of it and be in a position to help or defend me one day.

  • @dreamcore well maybe that's true, in which case rather than not making a real difference by doing this, maybe they could instead create a petition to fix some of the crap that is going on there?

or an actual protest or something!

  • @zalannoszek Free Keene does a number of things, I'm sure. I've heard of marches and that sort of thing, but I believe that they need to also be part of the small community. I'll speak generally since I've never even been to New Hampshire. This may be popular and of use to some, while protests generally piss people everyone off until they are invisible. Petitions, well, petitions are as potent as the sacrifice made by the petitioners. Buddhist monks on fire, powerful. Signatures, not so much.

  • @dreamcore Well seeing as how i've never heard of Free Keene I wouldn't say it is very effective, and the reason that is, is because there aren't enough people to support it, and the reason for that is that some people prefer to let the cops do their jobs and keep everything peaceful, thus have no reason to petition.

so 1. There isn't a good enough cause or

    2. Do something like have alllll the supporters NOT RIOT but protest, and get mayors to sign papers.... continued soon

  • @dreamcore part 2. and eventually get Obama to check it out, if it is a valid and threatening cause, american media will catch on and blow it up so they can actually do something

  • @dreamcore in addition to that, it's not just the europeans, it's people who are not so bored as to make the lives of others 1000000 x more difficult

  • @dreamcore I mean imagine going to mcdonalds and harrasing the people in the counter for every single ingredient in meals that you will never eat. may not be the best comparrison, but the point is, WHO GIVES A shiiiiite

  • I am willing to give up some of my 4th Amendment rights re: Probably Cause to take a few drunken drivers off the road. When they ask me if I have been drinking... I always say, "Sure- plenty!" When they ask how many? I say... "I don't know for sure... a gallon? I try to stay fully hydrated at all times. [laugh] What the heck? You telling me it is against the law to drink now?... I can only get hydration from eating? Or is that illegal too?" I don't drink alcoholic beverages

  • @JayDAnderson Sorry, I stopped your comment at "Probably Cause"

  • are you joking? your going against the very people who put their lives on the line so that we can be protected from gang violence, drunk driving, and ilegal drugs? how can you go and say that they are obscuring our rights? you don't even know what rights are, you have no idea what your talking about and the fact that you would go through all this trouble to bother police on duty im surprised they never arrested you for disturbing the peace of abstruction of justice

  • You're a scum bag dude. I would far rather they stop my law abiding ass for 2 seconds than to be killed by a drunk driver. I hope a bunch of black guys break into your home and ass rape you and then execute you.

  • We need to start lawsuits and legal action against these corrupt law enforcement agencies an start voting out some of these officials that appoint these legislations that empower cops to act like this in the first place.

  • you know sometimes they do these checkpoints to look for fugitives that have just committed a crime and were last seen in that area. or to look for kidnapped children, look for known drug dealers. and its not like they are hunting you down at these checkpoints. they do this to make sure people have the stuff that they are required to have in order to drive. do you want people driving around with no insurance and they hit you? no insurance means no repairs

  • @theoneandonlytimbob

    Well said Slave.

    Extra rations for you.

  • @theoneandonlytimbob i could care less if someone hit me because i drive a 3 ton 88 crown vic. if anyone hits me theyre toast not me. lol

  • @theoneandonlytimbob To be honest, no, but how does it make it lawful or fair when many others who are innocent refuse to show ID cuz they decide to exercise their rights, and end up getting thrown in jail for "interfering with an investigation"? you might say that is all collateral, but really, if cops didn't just sit on their asses all day with a radar gun handing out hundreads of speeding tickets and spent more time training and taking on more preventative actions, this wouldn't b necessary

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS!!! This is indeed the beginnings of the police state! What is sad is that people in the US that put up with this are just like many of the Jews of Nazi Germany!...They will be silent until they are stepping onto the train!

  • ANNNNNNNNNNNNND THE HOME OF THE SLAVES!

  • God damn the people filming this are retards. OFFICERS DON'T JUST GET UP AND SAY "HEY LET'S SET A CHECKPOINT UP FOR FUN".

Instead of nagging the people on the low end of the totem pole who are just doing their jobs, why not, you know, do something that will actually benefit your cause (one which I don't agree with, but that's besides the point).

  • people need to realize, drving is NOT a right, it's a privelige

  • @ryanblinkguy

    Bullshit.

Quit trying to sell that Fascist crap.

This is supposed to be the Land of the FREE.

  • @SHEEPLEwhisperer based on that reasoning you're free to do whatever you want, which is not the case

  • @ryanblinkguy

Show me the section of the Constitution, or the Bill of Rights, that says we should have Checkpoints on our roads.

    I'll be waiting.

  • @SHEEPLEwhisperer your right, YOUR Constitution, or the Bill of Rights doesn't have ANY rights/laws about automobiles/traffic stops, but maybe because they weren't invented yet dumbass. it's almost like if your constituion had rights about space travel, it wouldn't make a lick of sense

  • @ryanblinkguy

Listen you boot licking little bitch, if you can't handle liberty and freedom because you're a scared little punk, move to China.

    We don't need you.

  • @SHEEPLEwhisperer you're the one who can't handle freedom, you're the one getting offensive when I voice my opinion, which is my right. and how did you know I was a female dog?

  • @ryanblinkguy

Get back to sucking your favorite Cops night stick boot licker.

  • @SHEEPLEwhisperer wow your intelligence shows no bounds, that was such a good comeback, I'm just gonna give up

  • @ryanblinkguy

Coming from a boot licking mental slave such as yourself, I'll take that as a compliment.

  • @ryanblinkguy said: "drving is NOT a right, it's a privelige"

This is an untrue statement. Driving is a right. We as a nation have decided that driving on certain public roads require the possession of a license indicating proficiency in controlling the vehicle you use.

Possession of this license is a right, once the holder satisfies the criteria for the license. The license cannot be rescinded without just cause.

  • @Pafoofnik1 and where did you get that information? because I don't believe that to be the case; mind you we live in different countries

  • @ryanblinkguy: I explain my reasoning in the original post. I can expand on it with an analogy.

We all have a right to free speech.

A law can be written that says we are not able to exercise free speech in, say, a courtroom.

Our right to free speech is still intact, just not in a courtroom.

We all have right to drive.

A law can be written that says we are not able to exercise our right to drive on, say certain roads without a license.

Our right to drive is still intact, just...

  • @Pafoofnik1 There is a Term in Law known as PARAMOUNTCY DOCTRINE Basically if one law tells you to turn right and a larger law says turn left then the larger law prevails such is the case with the constitution. it over-rides many conflicting laws yet police will fine you in many cases on smaller charges, lawyers come along and have the charge dropped in court because of PARAMOUNTCY DOCTRINE. This is complex and hard to explain further in a short space.

  • @seventy18: Thanks for the info. What is the reason for bringing this up?

  • @Pafoofnik1 we live in a society that pass more and more laws infringing on our rights. Law makers understand the term PARAMOUNTCY DOCTRINE. Their passing laws in order to stop certain unwanted acts and their letting the courts settle it Cops dont care if they make a law saying anyone owns a blue car must be pulled over an detained They will do their job and let the courts handle it. every year we pass more and more laws becoming a police state. cops abuse their power using little discretion

  • @seventy18: OK. Thanks for even more info.

  • others interfere and harass officers who are trying to get drunks off the road. I used to live in New Mexico where the drunk driver caused motor vehicle accident fatality rate was 75%. That is the number of fatalities by any other cause was only 1/4 of all the total of people killed in traffic accidents statewide. I couldn't drive to town on weekend nights. I had to bail out off the highway on many occasions. I would have welcomed sobriety checkpoints with bells on my feet.

  • @retiredranger1999 said:"New Mexico where the drunk driver caused motor vehicle accident fatality rate was 75%."

New Mexico has sobriety checkpoints. I guess they aren't as effective as some people think.

  • If a court decision finds these types of checkpoints are unconstitutional then law enforcement officers will stop doing them. It would be a shame, as in the case of my own activities as a Forest Service officer, resources would be abused and stolen at a much higher rate (in terms of multiple hundreds of percent) than they already are. The incidences of DUI cause accidents would increase and someone you know may die needlessly. Most people understand this and try to help. .

  • All of these types of checkpoints have been used for decades, in some cases for more than 80 years. There isn't any uproar over those and there hasn't been a court case prohibiting them. As a Forest Service officer I checked wilderness permits, wood cutting permits, Christmas tree sale tags, fishing licenses and the like. There are laws that require a person to stop at those checkpoints. I could not search a person or anything not in plain sight unless probable cause existed.

  • How is it different from having a ranger check to see if you have a wilderness permit when you backpack? I mentioned wood cutting on public land. Checkpoints are set up on roads egressing National Forest and BLM administered public lands to inspect the permit, the load tags, and the load record have been filled out and displayed correctly. Checkpoints are set up in Christmas tree cutting areas to see if the tag is attached to the tree and that it is the right species.

  • How is that any different than being screened at an airport, at a border, when leaving a hunting area or a wood cutting area on public land? How is it different than having your boat inspected for New Zealand mussels when you enter a boat launch area? How is it different than you boat being inspected for life vests and fire extinguishers after you launch that boat. How is it different from having your fishing license checked when you fish from that boat when you have a pole out.

  • Oops! That should be the number of drunk driver related . . . is much TOO high. Driving is not a right, it is a privilege. In order to retain this privilege you have to pass a driver license test, register your vehicle, maintain its safety features such as lights and mirrors, carry proof of insurance, etc. If law enforcement sets up checkpoints to check compliance for any of those items, fine. They still can't act on anything unless probable cause exists.

  • @retiredranger1999 said: "Driving is not a right, it is a privilege."

  • I'm glad there are sobriety checkpoints. The number of drunk driver related accidents and associated injuries and fatalities is much to high. These gentlemen spoke about Europe and how things are done differently. They should look up the laws of European countries to see how they address drunk driving, particularly Sweden's. The law comes down much harder and faster with life long consequences than anyplace in the U.S. does. The result? Far fewer drunk driving accidents.

  • fuck them, AND the US census, AND the us govt

  • I don't like check points either but the camera people are being aholes. The cops are just doing their jobs, it is we that have voted in the people to push for this kind of big government. Could anyone perform at near any efficiency while your being yelled at? If an accident happens it will be the self fulfilled prophecy of the camera crew. They should film it and add the narrative in later.

  • speak u're mind bro, and keep doing what u do

  • They should TAZER the guy doing all the talking. BZZZZ BZZZZ

  • i see the point to both sides. On one side, its catching people that DONT belong on the road. On the other side, constitutional rights are being violated. Bottom line for me, if you aren't hiding anything, then you shouldn't worry about the checkpoint.

  • this is a drunk check you fucking assholes! let them get those bastards off the strret before they kill someone's kids.

  • Its against the law for cop in Rhode Island to have checkpoints, against the RI constitution of the state, They tried to do away with that law but couldn't. So I guess I am just lucky to live in a state that has no checkpoints

  • YOU agree with stopping drunk driver YET you still protest the checkpoints. That makes absolutely no sense. Prohibition on alcohol creates kids growing up not knowing how to drink. That is really ignorant BUT funny that you could make such an ASSUMPTION. You know why you saw the cop turning at the end because they set up on the side road so your sign was ineffective. Go waste your night filming the cops like US, because we have no life and want you to have no life also. ROTFL

  • @NewOrleansBoy1970: Argument By Generalization.

Checkpoints are not the only method to stop drunk driving.

  • @Pafoofnik1 I agree but on huge holidays the drunk driving skyrockets. Don't know when this was or if people were arrested driving drunk. That is why I find posting videos on YT are pretty useless. You do not get the whole story. You just get part of it and that part is what the poster wants you to see. I like watching because the videos are just funny and it shows the lengths people will go to in order to get their narrow point of view out there. Not arguing just giving my narrow point of view

  • @NewOrleansBoy1970: What part of this story have you seen that I haven't?

  • @Pafoofnik1 That is the point WE haven't seen the whole picture. Total number of DUI arrest. Total number of DUI related accidents. Total number of Felons caught at checkpoint. Total number of arrest (unrelated to driving.) What you saw was some dude with his friends protesting a checkpoint. The cops still conducted the checkpoint. Cops probably contained the people that avoided the checkpoint after reading their sign. The cops aren't stupid. They did not neutralize anything. Just a protest.

  • @NewOrleansBoy1970: And what does all this have to do with your argument by generalization?

  • Of course it makes sense NewOrleansBoy1970. I want to stop murderers too but I don't advocate for cops to randomly seize people walking down the street & indefinitely detain them to find out if they're wanted for murder.

Do you think individuals should be randomly seized and compelled to prove their innocence on demand & absent any individualized suspicion of wrongdoing?

  • Please remember that driving in the United States is a privilege.. NOT A RIGHT! Police can conduct license checkpoints at any given time. DWI checkpoints must have prior and proper notification of the event. What you did was freedom of speech, yes.. but clearly turned into obstruction. Don't go crying to Police officials and/or a judge when a family member or friend of yours is killed by a drunk driver because you formed a team to interfere with checkpoints.

  • @Pafoofnik1 Go ask a judge, police officer or your drivers ED instructor if driving is a privilege or a right! Look at a FL license, at the bottom it states that Operation of a motor vehicle constitutes consent to any sobriety test required by law. You have to qualify to get your license and/or get it back. If it was a right, you wouldn't need a license. One cannot take away your right to freedom of speech for any reason. But your driving privilege can be taken away.

  • @firefighter476 Awesome post, exactly. Maybe those protesting should get a life and stop harrassing the police.

  • I actually agree with drunk check points, they do save lives.

  • What a stupid video!

  • i haven't watched the entire video yet but the officer complaining that the light is "illuminating" him kind of falls short considering the fact that the street lights are "illuminating" him, the oncoming cars are "illuminating" him, he HAS A FLASHLIGHT himself, he is REQUIRED BY THE DEPT to wear a RETRO-REFLECTIVE OVER GARMENT for "illumination" and when the dept has the funds/assets they set up portable LIGHT SETS FOR "ILLUMINATION".

sometimes it is of great benefir ro think before you speak.

  • "americans"

in lawful countries... just filming or taking pictures of operational law enforcers is a crime without any consent.

Such a different world we ALL live in :)

  • If you think this country is so screwed up go live in another country see how you feel about your rights then

  • Just shut the fuck up you stupid peice of shit their trying to keep you safe an keep others safe so fucking aprecciate it and respect the god damn officer

  • Comment removed

  • keep up the good job

  • Yea.... because police officers taking dangerous, selfish and moronic drunk drivers off the streets is a bad thing.

  • i like this guy he makes true points

  • i'd like to see the guy with the camera to try and survive in a world with no police.

  • @gtasapolicepursuits

Does NOT need to be without police, but with an honest police that's here to protect and SERVE us!!!! Not to take our freedom away like they did for a moment there to this guy!

  • I really don't know what this kids problem is, the police in this country are so chill that they just let you get away with fucking with them all night. They didn't beat your ass or arrest you even. What are you trying to prove? That the police can mind their tempers even when provoked?

  • Dude what is this guys problem? Obviously very naive about the real world..

If you wanna be a martyr so bad if you keep this up it might actually happen, one day some crooked cop might beat the shit out of you and steal you're camera. And there will be alot less you will be able to do about it than you think

  • To the sons of liberty, I thank you. People all too often yield their rights for the "justice" of the situation. We are the only free people in the world, but you must stand on those rights. You are the minority; the individual; law abiding citizens are only protected by YOUR Bill of Rights. It was the Founding Fathers gift to us. Do not give it away so freely. No one likes a drunk driver, but not all drivers are drunk. Please open your eyes; your being conditioned to give it all away. America!

  • justice would be if one of the drunks that you are trying to warn ran over your stupid ass.

  • Why the fuck are you harrassin the police? They're given orders, they follow them. Albeit, they could chose not to follow them, but harrassing them isn't going to change laws or bring about social change. Adressing the goverments and orginizations will. Stop harrassin the poor guys just making their living. Especially when its something so assenine as a sobriety check. Im all for exposing police violating rights, but this is just fucking stupid.

  • @CuriousManatee Yeagh,, its a good thing those JEWS didnt "HARASS" those Nice NAZI Gestapo guys, when asked for their "PAPERZ" , them nazis were only "doing their JOBS".

This is how it starts. This is the mentality of how normally smart people get brainwashed. I guess you are another another Civil Serveant with a Big Ego , and small Brain, that part is obvious.

  • ik heb zo`n bloedkankerhekel aan activisten die aktie voeren alleen maar om ergens tegen aan te schoppen ,allemaal nagtieve energie dus kanker toch op

  • D.U.I. checkpoints save countless lives.

  • No they don't MrBrandonhurst2008. DUI checkpoints are dog & pony shows designed to entertain the masses, raise revenue for local jurisdictions & condition people to except arbitrary interference in their daily lives. It's a well established fact that roving patrols are about 10x more effective & don't involve seizing people absent suspicion. Cops don't make nearly as much money in overtime doing roving patrols though.

  • I worked on the clean up of towers 1 and 2, I seen the bodies and the smell in the air, you have no clue what some ignorant people can do in the name of religion . So if I have to tell a officer Im not drunk but they catch the car coming at me then I am home safe . My friend was in his car with his wife, they got hit head on , he died instantly and she suffered for years in pain, so fuck you if you dont want the cop to monitor what people are doing thats their job. let them do their job

  • when they do the checks its basically a safety inspection no big deal , and those are YOU'r responsibility not theirs. They will point them out when they need to. Also I would rather have them catch a few drunks and get the off the road so my family and I can ride safely. Have you ever been in a car where a drunk hits you , I have . Ruptured disks and a broken vertebrae and now 2 yrs without work as it sits in court. You also probably feel 9/11 was a inside job, and everybody is out to get you

  • camera man your a wanker get a fking life

  • Police flee from questions, and therefore possess zero reasoning ability. Pity those poor chaps who took a paid government job to issue fraudulent citations and harass the citizenry, but they are just a symptom of the contradiction, which is nothing more than the organizational manifestations of human fundamentals.

  • @Fr3shOutThaBox When have the cops ever stopped a house from being burglarized?

  • @mustaffa1611 It was just an example on when people call the cops...-__-

  • @Fr3shOutThaBox So then you understand that the police can not stop a burglary or any other crime. all they do is show up after a crime has been committed. whatever you do... dont do a search for "government - no duty to protect"

  • the guy filming is a dick

  • Wow I have to Share this on my FB page.. Truthers out there will get a kick out of it.. The Page is Called "Reality Check"

  • Paranoia is a cruel thing, the cops should have shot you! One less conspiracy theorist to listen to. Who would you call if you were walking down the road and you or your children were hit by someone who was intoxicated???? All of this i will protect my rights should be put down, i would kick five shades of shite out of you if i met you

  • @conoror Big tough Talker....you couldn't beat off!!

  • @Dozz70 How would you know you little piss ant?

  • @conoror It is obvious....bring it....you may not find me so little....dirt bags like you always get theirs!!!

  • @Dozz70 Hahaha you are the typical Youtube crawler!! Bring it hahahahahahaha you loser, and how am I a dirtbag???

  • @conoror Hello Troll... Again!! If you can't figure that out....I can't help you!! Here is a hint....look at the negative comments against you already on this channel. That should explain it...but I doubt you will even figure it out with that.....can you say DUMB ASS!!! LMFAO....Go Away!!

  • Comment removed

  • @conoror They are Nazis......and I know you are as well....PAPERS....Get your Papers Out!!! Go home Punk....everyone on this channel sees you for what you are. You are transparent.....fly home little Boy!!

  • @conoror pffft comunist

  • @GanknBank Pffft illiterate!

  • @conoror

If they were only checking for signs of INTOXICATION, then that would be FINE..They are trained, just look into the drivers eyes, ask a few questions. That would be enough. But that’s NOT the case, they are asking for ALL YOUR PAPERWORK.. for NO reason. They have Plate scanners, which cost Taxpayers a LOT of money, so they could easily use those to find people who are driving with expired

Registration or Driv Lic... Its an Illegal stop if I have broken no laws.

  • @jd426999 Ok, I dont like getting stopped as much as the next person, but with the world being as fucked up as it is today you can't blame them. Get out of your fucking bubble. What if you were driving along and came across a checkpoint. If you are doing nothing wrong then it should only take a few min. Stop enforcing your right to protect the fact you're hiding nothing, as innocent as you might be. What harm has being stopped done to you??? Stop being an emotional little girl.

  • What if then the vehicle traveling behind you was stopped and had 500 AK47's or a shiteload of C4 in it??? Once weapons or explosives were in the country, should it be alright for them to be transported freely so long as the driver doesnt break a stop sign and get pulled over? Fuck you very much you handy tard!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good day

  • @conoror "What IF " your mom is a prostitute , can I come to your house everyday just to ask her and MAKE SURE ??? Sounds ridiculous ? no more ridiculous than a cop stopping me for NO reason whatsoever than to check my "PAPERZ".

  • @jd426999 Thats just stupid. That comment proved that you are incapable of an intelligent conversation. And to answer your smartarse question... Its completely different, If you felt she was a danger to others well then of course you could ask her.

  • @jd426999 You're an idiot. If this is so "Gestapo" like they would've just shot you and confiscated your camera. Nor do they demand "PAPERZ" as you put it, nor are they singleing out a group. The Nazi's asked everyone for papers to route out a specific group. These people are trying to catch drunk drivers who are disobeying a fair placed law. No drinking and driving. The fact that you compare this to the nazis' is insulting to the people who had to actually suffer through that.

  • @jd426999 I Honestly dare you to go face to face with someonee who lives in an ACTUAL totalitarian state, or someone who suffered through the holocaust and try tellign them a sobriety checkpoint is "Nazi" or "Gestapo" or "Totalitarian". They'll laugh in your face and then proceed to punch it. Im all for standing up against a police state or stopping it before it happens, but this shit is just rediculous.

  • @conoror You are the STUPID little girl. I was born in a communist country, I know what Im talking about. You dont have an EFFING CLUE what is coming. And you obviously dont read History Books . I am ALWAYS PRESUMED innocent, 24/7, the burden of proof is on the COPS, and if you come in my house you better have a warrant. You need PROBABLE CAUSE. Me Driving along is NOT probablu cause. . Sounds like you are part of the problem. Read History Books and the Bill of "RIGHTS" u little bitch.

  • @jd426999 That clearly explains your paranoia so. Where were you born, if that is ok to ask, wouldn't want to offend you by asking! They're not out to get you, grow up stop being a moron and co-operate. Have you got kids??? What if your, or a friends child, was kidnapped. And the only information was that a dark vehicle took them. You'd want every dark vehicle within 20 mile searched, am I right or wrong there? So how can it be alright for the public to say its ok, only when its in their favor?

  • @conoror and as to"what harm" it has it done to me ? . IT WASTES MY VALUABLE TIME, and COST TAX MONEY which I AM PAYING FOR.. you IGNORANT PITIFUL Bitch. Cops work for US, not themselves. they are PUBLIC SERVEANTS.. Get your head out of your ass. Noone has a Right to "DETAIN" you without reason.

  • @jd426999 Its the world we live in now... you dont like it then off urself. Sick of listening to all you thicks now! Youre time is worth nothing if its a carbomb driving down the street behind you. Or if its a car full of immigrants sneaking into the country. There are so many reasons for checkpoints these days. Especially in the US, there are more guns on the street than in every police station combined!

  • @conoror: Do you think we should all be required to prove our innocence now?

  • @conoror

And there should be even MORE GUNS.. EVERY non Felon TAXPAYER should carry, so we can get rid of some of you USELESS COPS who are sucking us the taxpayers dry pretending that you PREVENT CRIMES… You prevent NOTHING.. All you do is the paperwork after the facts and issue summons and make our lives miserable… As to ILLEGALS, they are standing on every street corner looking for work, and cops drive right by, so another Lie. You have no such power. All Propaganda…

  • @conoror said: "Stop enforcing your right to protect the fact you're hiding nothing"

So you are saying that the best way to protect our rights, is to give up our rights?

  • @Pafoofnik1 He has a small Brain, Forgive him... Its so Illogical if it were not so sad it would almost be funny.

  • Thanks for outing yourself as just another violent authoritarian punk conoror. It's good for folks watching these videos to understand the mentality of many of those who support the suspicionless seizure, detention, interrogation & investigation of others.

  • Why just why is this man out here. Statically I'm sure these checkpoints help eliminate the drunk drivers off the road.

  • @Elmeggy1 These "Check Points" are "allowed" by a Supreme Court decision. Unfortunately they are violated almost every time. What they are, is a great way for the State to collect revenues,

  • Actually they don't Elmeggy1. Roving patrols are about ten times more effective and don't involves the suspicionless seizure and investigation of others.

  • @Elmeggy1 Do you really believe that one random checkpoint at one random time of the week or month on one little intersection of a city actually helps get drunk drivers off the road?

  • This is excellent, more US citizens need to take a lesson from this man

  • Idiots like this are the reason why police brutality exists lol

  • This is strange. Police do find dui all the time doing this. I know my husband is a police officer. Why would you tell drunk drivers to go another way? Have you ever been hit by a drunk. I suspect not.

  • @amjsanders If your husband is so concerned about drunk drivers does he run checkpoints everytime he works?

  • @mustaffa1611 As a matter of fact he does. Everytime he's behind the wheel, he is keenly watching you to cross that line or weave just enough. It gives him much pleasure to put drunk drivers behind bars. He's seen enough death because of drunks behind the wheel.

  • @amjsanders Where is this place that they run checkpoints everyday? and Do you really believe that everyone should be stopped just because someone somewhere might be drinking?

  • No they don't amjsanders. On average what they find is no suspicion of drunk driving whatsoever in 99.4% of the people they stop at these suspicionless roadblocks while only successfully prosecuting about 1/2 of the remaining 0.6% for dui. Roving patrols are far more effective (10x to be more accurate), take fewer man hours per arrest & don't involve seizing people absent suspicion who are just driving down the road minding their own business.

  • guilty until proven innocent

  • "kidnap" ahahaha

  • Good job mate. You've got balls! Can I borrow some? :-)

  • you guys are morons, they are trying to save lives, people get killed and kill others while driving UI, and if people are doing something they shouldn't or having something they shouldn't then they should be arrested for it, just because you had a bag of pot in your pocket and the cops never found it doesn't mean you weren't breaking the law

    (hypothetical)

  • Yet again. Another waste of a life (Youtuber) wasting the police officers time. Don't you fucking morons know that you're the problem? If some bad shit were to really happen, they're all tied up dealing with your fucking non-sense! Not to mention you're wasting tax payer dollars! Go kill yourself!

  • @darkscope2 Looks like the gestapo are wasting the time on their own.

  • @darkscope2 Nah, everyone aim at darkscope2 first.

  • I hope none of your family get hit and killed by a drunk driver. Leave the Cops alone their doing their jobs.

  • @TheKPAX47 They are doing a lot more than dui searching. Perhaps they should just go and do door to door searches . . .

  • No Police Officer has ever taken an Oath to "Serve and Protect".

The ONLY mandate that any LEO has is to Enforce The Existing Laws.

  • There are WAY more cops beating the crap out of inocent people, intentionally violating the constitution and drunks killing citizens.

  • This guy who video taped is an idiot. Their are way more people who drink and drive and kill people than cops who kill citizens. These cops ARE saving live by catching drunk drivers, idiot.

  • @DrummerElite13 They are saving life by breaking the law and violating our constitutional rights, that's not OK! This country is supposed to be the land of the free and home of the brave, not the land of the safe and home of the slaves!
