I ran into a guy on the way home that had white coming from from each wheel hitting the ground. i asked him about it and he told me the LED strips at autozone for $20 for 2 pack. search eBay you can find them cheaper, granted it may take longer to get them. But those are wheel well lights. you can't hook them up to spokes due to the wheel constantly turning and no way to hook up the positive cable.
