  • There is scientific evidence saying your knee becomes stronger from exercise. You have to properly train, not running for a while then jumping straight into it is gonna cause problems. You have to slowly build up, also make sure to warm up before and stretch after at least 15 min of each. Check out my page we did a video on how to start running. I hope you get better and change ya out look one exercise.

  • @OfficialBarstarzz interesting... and you're right. I probably overdid it. I'll start up something again around March, most likely. My goal is to get healthy!
