The cinematic value was good aside the continuety once he hit the creature was off. If he was to drive and hit it surely the shot of the guy getting out the car would not show the shot from inside the front of the car facing forward? The acting was also a bit unrealistic but aside that it was good!

Great job, entertaining little movie! The sound fx really builds a threatening mood and sells the danger. It would've been nice (and here I'm just opinionating, so grain of salt time etc) to set up the angry relationship a little more, before the run in. What if, pissed off at her, HE'D made a comment "You're lucky I don't just leave YOU alongside the road one of these days, you little b*tch" etc? Something to set up the twist at the end. But you've shot a very enjoyable film!

@TheDecade1 Thanks :) Well I had my two actors strip naked and then we covered them with blithe spirit body paint, which tends to glow under lights a bit. The main creature also had some shadowing done around the eyes/mouth and he wore FX eye lenses (white out) and FX fangs.

@DesMuttYS I generally feel the same way that something is missing but I don't feel this could be a longer film. I was not exactly completely satisfied with this film but it was my second and that's how you learn. I do have a feature idea for Midnight Roadkill but it is a completely different story and has no relation to this one. Anyway, thanks for watching and giving feedback. ;)

Well, basicly one of the best i've seen so far. Really looks like the films in the cinemas. I I have always dreamed of making films like this and hopefully in March i am going to be able. The cinematography and lighting was absolutely perfect. Not that good plot tho. Did you use 24p ?

Thanks....The Honda was the only car available to us and the only one available that suited the shots. Acting is tough but this is an area that will get much more focus in the future. I need to free my hands up more as the directer so I can give more time to the actors. ;)
