Tschau is Ciao, only written differently ... I don't think it's official German spelling though. And by the way, those names were common fourty years ago. Not anymore.

Because of 0:33 - in German, you can only say "Ich kann nicht" for like "I can't meet you", "I can't come to (place)", whereas in English there has to be a verb, otherwise it sounds awkwardly.
