What's with Saif not finishing his air combos? Can't you follow up j.D with Bandit Revolver in almost all situations?

@Shinkada Looks like he's trying to keep his options open, that or he's literally just toying with the enemy. He's pretty much ripping through TE and BA. I guess he made it a habit to turn the air combo into an oki game along the end.
