Now if you want to use worst to mean cruelest, most uninterested, most partisan, most obnoxious, most consistently wrong, or quickest to throw people out, that would open it up to others. Angel Hernandez is pretty bad on a lot of those things.

This happened something like 4 years ago or something. Let's just say 3+ in a minor league game. The coach was mic'ed and the ump didn't know it (obviously). When this came out, the ump went into the league office and resigned the next day.
