@sccsh678 Its an instrumental from Claire Littley's rendition of this same song done for the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. It can be found on that show's official soundtract(OST).

Search for "evangelion fly me to the moon"-it is all over youtube. This is one of its better covers.

@Futuregohan14 Yes but there are just so many version of it in YouTube it's really hard to find. I mean, they have released like more than 10 versions of it. Most of the instrumental version I found are not background music and the only background music I got was the one who called 'Off Vocal' versions which are only 1 minute long (the one that plays in the end of show) so if you could specifically tell us the track name we would be very pleased

She is using a piece of instrumental from the Japanese Anime 'Evangelion' which has more than 10 albums. I'm not too sure which one this is from but I have most of the albums and have heard about 6 or 7 different versions of Fly me to the moon, all using different arrangements. I'm going to make many people mad, but I have these comments: good inflection, nice sense of rhythm (good use a shadow notes), but "tone" of voice is exceptionally thin and transparent, and needs to have a greater sense of "width:" that is, expanding the base of each note out and up to the overtones. In a series class brass or woodwind course you would spend a lot of time just on quality of tone and how to do this. The voice here shouts out for that need. (This is not a sound recording issue).

I don't disagree with your analysis, but I think it "needs to have a greater sense of width." Just keep in mind that the vocalist is Eastern European, and due to social/cultural/regional influences it can be expected that her vocal preferences may be quite different from yours. Once you can accept this premise, then technical analysis and comparisons become nonsensical. It would be no different and nonsensical to critique a Texan for not sounding like a New Yorker.
