  • u need to control your legs. your legs are going to give you almost all the balance, ur just shaking them in the air when u do handstand, keep them firm and you will be able to make all that stuff even better and easier... keep it up

  • well big respect to you mate, I can do a lot in myself on hands, but these push ups is one thing i always wanted... i can walk of the stairs, but now i put on some weight. But anyway, can you tell me how you trained to do these amzing push ups? check out one of my videos if you like with handclimbing:)

  • Yo, you think you could do a few more push ups if your wrists weren't turning? Your hands are turning everytime you do a crooked leg half-planche push up, and I think you could probably do at least 6 more if they weren't.

    But don't get me wrong; I'm not dissin you.

  • The first one tryed was vey good and will be better if you breath i know it may seem complicated at first, only if you are not, but your muscles need the oxygen for better performance.

  • Mostp has good point considering that if you were doing these in a planche it would help tighten the core muscles. Good job. Keep it up, and if you're not already signed up go for gymnastics do it now.
