u need to control your legs. your legs are going to give you almost all the balance, ur just shaking them in the air when u do handstand, keep them firm and you will be able to make all that stuff even better and easier... keep it up

Yo, you think you could do a few more push ups if your wrists weren't turning? Your hands are turning everytime you do a crooked leg half-planche push up, and I think you could probably do at least 6 more if they weren't.

The first one tryed was vey good and will be better if you breath i know it may seem complicated at first, only if you are not, but your muscles need the oxygen for better performance.
Mostp has good point considering that if you were doing these in a planche it would help tighten the core muscles. Good job. Keep it up, and if you're not already signed up go for gymnastics do it now.
