Its sad to see people that spend all their time bashing on things. There are far more important things in life. So get a life and grow up and United Airlines is still around and making a profit.

Where is United when all they had to do is OPEN THEIR EYES AND LOOK AND IT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. And then when you give an answer, look at you like your speaking a foreign language. What did you not understand about go up the elelators and follow the signs did you NOT understand..
I work for an Airline... and have been in the travel industry for over 23 years. I have seen a lot of changes. Thanks to some A HOles that decieded to use planes as weapons on 9/11 our lives have been changed forever. We provide a service and are not perfect and neither are you complainers. We do have maintenence issues from time to time.. (does your car ever have to go into the shop?). And oh yes don't forget about ATC and weather delays. (for those of you that's Air Traffic Control).

I hope United goes bankrupt permanently and soon. They have the worst customer service and the most uncomfortable planes. First flight in 6 years with them and they lose my luggage. The flight attendants on the flight told me how much they think United sucks, and that they are planning on going on strike soon. Their phone service is a joke, unless you like having your call routed to Calcutta.
United doesn't need you. Take your business elsewhere and get over it. For those of us who are loyal to United, we will continue to enjoy Mileage Plus, Economy Plus, United First/Business, the Red Carpet Club, access to Star Alliance, and all the other great things United offers.
You and the rest of the bottom-feeders can go buy your deeply discounted low fare carrier tickets and get what they call "customer service."

Damn. Sucks for you. I usually have great experiences with United. They gave my dad 30,000 free miles because of a 12 hour snow delay in Beijing.
