Talk to a nutrionist, they will tell you how many calories a day you can take in for you height, age, and all that. It makes it alot easier to know how much to eat. I was sort of a lard, I've been doing this for a few years now and I can almost see my second set of abs. I also go hiking, running or some other aerobic activity every other day.
