This was the first atlanta dancehall queen competition. I was actually there...lady saw and stacy were guest judges. She won the competition. No she is not west indian, but dance is universal, so anyone can wine, shake it, etc. Remember Junko from Japan. It might not look like nothing you are used to seeing from the country where you are from, but it worked for her
