  • loved him and will love him for ever . like yesterday talking with him. in the club in iran 1974.

  • its buuuuuutiful song taking me back when i was 17 in Mashhad with Red Winston cig. crusing around on Pikon javanan orange color.

  • @Khoshtip121 It seems like certain songs really stand out in our minds. They bring back such vivid memories of our past just like it did to you. Another thing, it also seems that our most happiest memories are during our youth. Maybe that's because our lives were less complicated than they are now. We had less responsibilities, and we were all full of energy, and dreams of what our future would be like. I guess that's why people always say enjoy your younger years because they will never return

  • i bet he did this after watching "echo" at pumpi from pink floyd. cool man. it was awesome. i never met you or listened to your songs in the past. but i think you were talented in your era. u r smart. god bless.

  • best of the best

  • I love listening to this song every now and then. Kourosh was a very handsome man, and he had a beautiful voice. One day his video came out on the Persian Tv. while my mother-in-law and I were watching. She is 84 years old. My mother-in-law had a big smile on her face when he started singing, and she said,"Pesar khoshgel." So he is still putting a smile on women's faces after all these years. God bless him.

  • I've always loved Kourosh and also the Guitar player. His solos are so beautifully understated.

On another note, I find it quite sad that after all these years, we haven't been able to produce another talented musician like Kourosh and his gang. Not even abroad.

  • @EU2000i .... The lead guitar is Kourosh's brother Keyvan and their younger brother Kambiz is playing the organ.

  • kourosh ghabl az namaz jomme

  • harf nadare

  • healer jan ,by chance i just saw this video, and i read your comment,it really touched me, it maid me cry,for all my imagination about Iran beauty,i must say i cry for my imagination, cos its gone, healer i feel you,i hope for that day in my life time to live in harmony with fellow man and woman in Iran

  • its at least 20 years ahead of its time,if u are a rock-music u know what Im talking about,it even too god for 1970 either the time that monster of rock were rocking world wide, and yet in my opinion its better than most of them,he was super talented, and so do his children: kaveh, kamil and satgin.great work indeed

  • thanks for sharing.. i love this tune

  • This video is way ahead of its time, good job even for American or European standards in 70s. Man this fill like it belongs to a different planet, I wish I could travel back in time.........................................miss Iran in 70s .. tears.

  • yes, both the guitarist and drummer were his brother's

  • I heard the guy on lead guitar is actually Kourosh's brother/ Any truth to that? Anyway, I've always loved his solos. Great stuff here.

  • Persian talent...

  • A wonder, I love it !

  • true legend!

  • vaaayyy..vaayyyy..vaayyyy..in ahang khodaaast!

  • Hi everyone

Great thanks to Bahram: I love this song. mervellous.

  • Dear friend, this place is Tehran International Exhibition and Fair place, at the north end of Seoul highway, at the south side of Evin

  • Anyone know where exactly this was shot? I left Iran in 1976 at 16, I have no idea where this is, or was if it's been destroyed since.

  • I heard or read somewhere that it is Kish Island where this was filmed. You have been gone a very long time. I don't think Iran will ever be what it once was before Khomeini (at least not in our lifetime). This is a nice song.

  • Dear friend, this place is Tehran International Exhibition and Fair place, at the north end of Seoul highway, at the south side of Evin

  • I am not an emotional man , but today for the first time I saw this in front of my wife and children and tears started to run from my eyes seeing the Korosh and background of our homeland in good times... This song is A plus. Thank you.

  • Pictures, songs, words, smells, etc. will bring out the memories that have been engrained in our hearts and minds. What once was will never be. But we can hope for a brighter future for all people everywhere. Much happiness to you and your family.

  • @healer378 We are all emotional men on the inside, it's just the outside that acts like a shell!

  • @KoivuTheHab It's nice to hear some men admit they can also be emotional like us women. :)

  • Look! where we were and where we are!?

  • Oh well, what can you do? Life goes on...

  • Wonderful heart-touching song by Kourosh.

This is so soul-enhancing, so beautiful. it's a love poem.

I love the intro when the Fender Strat starts to sound like a cello. Brilliant!

    Hytham Hammer

  • 5*****

  • I remember recording this song with him. I played the harmonica on this one and two of his brothers kaamron and Kaambeez were on this recording too...good old time. Had a lot fun doing this number in the studio...:-)

  • This is a very nice song. Have you heard the new version of Gole Yakh by Rojeh Band? Of course no one sings this song better than Kourosh, but this new version is also very good with an up to date twist to it. Check it out.

  • What a talent, what a voice! Thanks for the upload.

  • He has a very unique voice in my opinion. I love it.

  • Great Music! Greetings from Kurdistan...

  • beautiful song and beautiful video. when I think of what Iran looked like in the 70s it makes me quite sad to think of where we are today:(

  • Wow! If you think about it, he is the father of Persian style Country music!!!!

  • بوی معطر ایران میده

    دست شما درد نکنه

  • sehr schön danke für das video, weiter so

  • This song is soooo good!

  • I love this song...Thanks for uploading it and also many thanks for providing the lyrics...Well done to you!!

  • I wish Kourosh would make a new cd singing all his old big hits. I want to hear how he sounds now. He had a beautiful voice then, and I'm sure he still does. Of course he is older, but we are all getting older. I would be one of the first to buy his CD if he made a new one. He is a great singer!

  • i don't think so because I.R doesn't let him to give us songs of before revulotion.

  • If you just wanna hear his voice, you can search "Kourosh Yaghmaeii in Kish" here on youtube, and you can listen to some of his most recent work. In terms of re-doing his old stuff...well, I don't think that's gonna happen anytime soon!

  • omg ,he's the best. I cant believe Im living without having any music of him . Do u guys know any website I can find his songs?

  • it looks like the same setting as where toofan made a video aswell.

its so beautiful though, i love kourosh

  • The setting is Tehran Internationa Fair location at Parkway and Pahlavi street. What's left from the setting...is the lake!!

  • the lake gets dry and the government going to sell the land for building shopping center!!!

  • That's too bad.

  • I don't care how old this song is, but the first time I heard it was in the 80's. It sounds great, but of course just about everything kourosh sang sounded awesome. He was probably well liked by all the young girls.

  • Love this song so much.

  • Kheyli ziba!

  • Great

  • thank you , it was nice .

  • Ziba ...

  • c'est très beau!

j'adore les chansons iranienne est surtout celle-ci.
