i've done all the quests, i've got the helmet and 2500 gold, i an skill 14, have the masterwork fit(the one worth 8000), the calibur sword, and the devil head shield... but the guy outside the temple says that my skills are not high enough, does anybody know how high your skills have to be?

To get to camp Dugon all you do is talk to nod narb who is outside tatopolis smith shop AFTER you completed all tatopolis quests
