  • missed a workout, no problem man. Write it down and then make it up at the end. everything adds up over time. way to keep pushing congrats on the new girl. thats great.

  • Good job, man...sometimes it is hard to keep pressing play, but you just keep finding a way to do it! It's good to feel a little guilty about missing a workout, but then you let it go and move on. : )

  • wow, i watched another video from a couple of weeks to now and I can tell a difference! what helps you stay on track with the workouts?

  • What keeps me on track is a variety of things, gain more confidence, fear of not being healthy and living a long enjoyable life (a close friend of mine's Dad recently had a massive heart attack), accomplishing something right now (I'm currently looking for work - laid off recently) and helping me get more dates.
