What did those receiving the money do with the money nreceived? Have all the taxpayer bailouts been repaid in full and with interest? it's the way it's done. It rewards capitalists. Capitalists have nothing to do with invention and innovation, they are concerned with consumerism. That's the reson the the USA needs to get out of the WTO and NAFTA. what is being shipped out of the USA is in the form of aid. it don't help when companies open shops in other countries and sell their goods there.
