I wish I could find a video on how to install a NEW antenna where you have to drill holes. My Buck LeSabre has one of those crappy antennas mounted in the glass on the back windshield and the reception sucks bad, plus every time I turn on the rear defrost I get static in my radio.
@Jason09101994 I bought a new antenna, removed the glove box and the antenna connection is right there. I plugged in the new antenna before trying to install and it works great. However without finding ANY tips on the internet about, video or written, where to drill to bring the new antenna wire into the glove box compartment, I guess I will have to wing it. Wish me luck!
my aerial was broken off, leaving half the screw in the base. I have got the aerial out from the car and there is still a remnant of the screw left in it. how can i go about getting that out so that i can thread a new aerial in? cheers
