my dad had that almost exact car mid engined it was originaly robins egg blue someone painted it yellow it was a beautiful car my dad had the very first detomaso mangust at the Nevada OPEN ROAD CHALLENGE I remmber as a kid riding at least 130 - 150 mph at Road America idk how much he sold it for but i know it was under 35,000 $ its great this video brings back memories but this video doesnt come close to the real thing being in the car. like the video and the post
The show is several years old. It is a 24,000 mile rust free car in great shape. It needed some interior work and some detailing. In the depressed economy its value is down but still worth in the $80k range.
This show must be quite old. Or the car must be in sad shape. A Mangusta in good condition is worth at leat $100K with no rust and a prime example is worth around $130K.

I agree it looks a light on with the front end. Like the Monteverdi Hai; they take off (fly) above 120mph!
