@fuss400 Listen ok, protein is nothing. I cannot even believe how you noobs keep whining about proteins. One cup of sprouted lentils gives u Enough COMPLETE protein for one day. Wheatgrass is complete, seaweed is complete etc.
THE THING IS vegans feel weak fast because they dont have enough calories and then they think they dont get enough protein but its calories they need.
@777TylerJB Yes and from nuts and avocado's. I like to switch days , one day avocado's and one nuts (walnuts and almonds) I like to make a nut pate. You really need those fats because they are caloric dense but don't overexagerate. Also to get some calories you can eat quinoa. (I eat it sprouted)
@Inflamsx Sorry I am not a big fan of avocados. They have a horrible 6 to 3 omega ratio and are really low in omega fatty acids for how much fat they contain. Hempseeds are by far the best. Walnuts and flaxseed is awesome too.
@777TylerJB Good point, Hemp seeds are really good for you. But I like the ability to carry the advocado's. For example where I work, you have to go eat at lunch, its also a social aspect. I just eat 2 advocado's for lunch, its convenient and compact.
@Inflamsx Oil is convenient! But yeah avocados are so dense in fat. I personally havn't ever ate an avocado, but from the research on them they are weak in omega fatty acids like I said before. But it certainly is better than a candy bar!
