I've been breeding scorpions for 15 years now n I can tell you that this clearly is not a Emperor scorpion.So before everybody shouts out"hey its a harmless emperor scorp"read it up.This is heterometrus species that lives in SoutheastAsia.Also if he had killed an emperor scorpion that woulda been illegal coz it's the only scorpion that is listed in the "Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora" [CITES] btw the largest 1 on earth is Heterometrus Swammerdami

@skorpion257 doubt that. they're a dime a dozen here in america. not in the wild but in the pet stores like petco. i even own one. paid $5 for it. but you're right this isnt one of them. it is harmless though you can tell pretty easily by looking at the pinchers. large pinchers are for crushing prey where as small slender pinchers serv only to hold the prey while the venome does its work.

It's more like "The bigger the pincers on the scorpion are, the less venomous the tail is." Obviously, the more powerful it's grab, the less it needs to use its tail.

Very tiny adult scorpions with hair-like pincers are INCREDIBLY dangerous. For the inexperienced, I would strongly suggest an emperor scorpion as they are very docile and are a very minor threat, venom-wise.
