That really hit me hard when you said you would not be here if it weren't for being admitted. Thank God you were admitted. You did the right thing... proud of you.
Hey Rachel, I'm 18 years old and I am suffering from an ED and depression/self harm really bad...I just got out of hospital 2 days ago for a suicide attempt, but I didn't get IP which is weird for me, because I have been put in for something less severe than that on many occasions :|
Anyway my point is suicide is not the best answer, it's hard believe me I know..But I believe you can get through anything you want...Good luck :)

I am glad that you see suicide is not the answer, many people struggle with these thoughts at difficult points in life, but do not give up, things always get better! You sound very determined to beat your eating disorder and this is great....you verbalize your thoughts very well, keep it up, it helps to be able to know that there are struggles ahead but that you can and you will overcome these things. Think positive Rachel, you are beautiful!
