Why is Shirou made of swords again? I don't rally understand, is it because excaliburs sheath is in him? I never really understood.

Well even in the earlier routes he had the swords, it was why his healing ability is beyond that of others.

Archers Unlimited Blade Works has more Swords in it than Shirou can store within his.

So when Archers arm starts to take over, it produces those swords until Shirous soul can't contain them anymore.

And then the swords, with nowhere else to go, force themselves out.

Through his face.

That's possible I suppose, but I do recall swords rising breaking out of his skin twice in the Fate route, so I'm not sure if that's the case as he didn't have Archers arm then.

@12eebok his soul is a steel manufacturing factory that is specialized in making swords. when he grafted archer's arm into his body and used it while denouncing his life purpose he made his own soul turn inside out against him hence the swords coming out of him
