He lookes in his deck when he had no right to do so.
He shuffled it after looking, getting other cards on top, while he should have duelled with the card that were there before the shuffle.
(This is not really cheating, but it is playing unfair)

i have answer. go to make duel and then somewhere will be written detect ip. under that is some ip. change it make duel ,remove duel and you have done it.congratulations!if this helped you post reply
