If Tebow was in Cam's position the Carolina Panthers (and i'm not saying the Panthers are bad because I'm a huge Panthers fan) I'm just saying with all the injuries and the inadequate defense the Carolina Panthers would have been win less this season instead of 6-10 which is still impressive for what he had to work with. He made something great with next to nothing. Tebow is half the quarterback that Cam Newton is.
