I've only found one issue with the Razr's screen, and that is if you're on a BLACK screen, such as when it's booting up, and it's relatively dark around you, you can see some black splotches. They don't interfere with use and Moto has said it is how the screen is made. Phones like the Galaxy Nexus also have this problem.
