It was the first day of the new monster ball tour and it was not the only thing that went wrong..., but someone from her crew putted the real track on and her mic of, that's what she said after the show in an interview. She also fired the guy because of this.

You can hear her voice. It's called a soundboard, sometimes they have problems. So the people in back ahd to play the actual track, so she had to sing over it.

do u know what it takes to play the whole song live ? they have to split the acapella version of the complete version

and play every version on different tracks .. the acapella version on a track and the instrumental version on another track and THAT'S TAKE TIME !! so...

She's not lip syncing here, it's just a dance break. The video hadn't premiered yet and I think she waiting for it to premier before she started singing it live. All the times she sings it live, the Beyonce part is cut out. Also, when Gaga sings live, she doesn't dance as hard because she focuses more on sounding good. I mean, she leaves the stage before the song is even over... that obviously proves that this part wasn't supposed to be live. This is Gaga, not Britney Spears.

you can tell that this song was maybe added last minute to perform that is why she is singing playback because if you pay attention to the dancers

they are still like not all there with the routine and it doesnt difficult too
