Deus - yeah, it's Platinum, out east near my house (Golf Links and Harrison). (You'll not find a T-Bar row bracket there - I brought my own in.) Not my favorite gym vibe to be honest but the folks there are nice, let me be loud and obnoxious and it close by and saves a lot of driving time.
Nicht schlecht, gel?... :-) (Seriously, I do like this exercise and am torn between going lighter and being more stooped over and going heavy as I do. I do other exercises like Pendlay's in that position. Simply from a biomechanical standpoint, as the weight goes up on the T-bar rows, you have to stand more erect - the weight is out front so you have to be upright to keep from falling over. (I'm only about 235lb in this vid.) I can tell you that my lats get hit, ala heavy rack deads. :-)
