  • a wii game that doesn't gave a Italian plumper AND ITS FUN!?!???!?!?

  • This music was not used in the OST! Just realized. :) First Response is my favorite specialty.

  • Oooh I am NOT good at multitasking O.O

  • i have this, it's soooo awsome!

  • now we get to the stuff i do every day

  • for the first response level 5 it keeps saying i failed in the all patients transported but i cant figure out what that means bc all the patients i had to help were successful...and no new patients are introduced...any help please??

  • @synisterVvV You must have forgotten to talk to someone. When you talk to people it introduces new patients for you to treat.

  • great game. if i could play it.

  • This mode looks fun, but every other demonstration video of the different modes makes everything else look boring...

Maybe I'm too used to TC having the damn insane Guilt and STIGMA >.>

  • The hardest level is SOOOOO hard but intense! XD

  • at 1st i thought that the patients would be a form of timer but since you can let a few of them die its ok :D

  • TITS!

  • Do this game have any educational value? :D

  • @mangaista dunno but after i finish it i will fell like a profesional doctor

  • @mangaista TOTALLY. Most English medical terms and procedures I know come from this game :D (I'm not a native and I'm live in Indonesia)

  • Acceptable losses? SWEET!!! Ok, I know she's a skilled EMT and all that, but why is she taking on 5+ patients at a time? I bet they'll have a scenario where she's sitting at a traffic light and a school bus full of bunnies gets hit by a space shuttle or something.

  • I didn't think it was possible, but I ended up liking this mode better than surgery. In fact, first response was without even a shadow of doubt my favorite of all of them. I'd love to see a new Trauma game with first response back. Forensics was pretty cool too =P

Didn't much care for endoscopy, though, but that's not only beside the point, but it may be just me =P

  • Maria Torres AKA Brown Chie.

  • @ObsceneAntichrist LMAO! coincidence?

  • @ObsceneAntichrist lol so true XD

  • at 2:56... wow thats really close to a game over... 1 miss left and 1 on hanging red.

  • epic

  • 2:19

    BREATHE

  • @gunrunner403 DARN YOU

  • when is this coming to europe ?

  • Oh god this looks so hectic, well, yeah, its first response after all XD Im gonna like playing this field but ill probably fail big time =P

  • Holy tits!

  • this first responder chara...looks brazilian for some reason =D

  • I know P4 belongs to Atlus too but this girl looks similar to Chie =)

  • this should be in a school or something!

...nah but that would be awesome

  • Super time flux travel intiated

  • I'm gonna love First Response, you have to work very fast AND precisely

  • Maria Torres is a brazilian?!

  • oh dear. Juggling things is not my specialty...

this part looks a little hard. >3>

  • if i get this game, i'll ALWAYS fail at first response ... WAY TO HARD....!

  • I want this game

I have every aspect needed for this game!!

This is Awesome!! I just love Trauma Center Series (Still, nobody will replace Derek and Angie :3)

  • they're not in this game..

  • @JSxKnifer I know... i`m just saying that no one can replace derek and angie.

  • i know i miss them :(

  • @JSxKnifer Well, I only miss Second Opinion and New Blood, I have already played the DS ones (But I cant pass kiriaky on TC 1 and Tertari on TC2

  • Cracks you or not, you will see it any time you turn the game on xD

  • Quick Thinking and Inner Strength

2 things I have a severe lack of.

I am probably going to suck at First Response levels. If all 6 specialties are separate story modes, I'm going to do this one last.

  • Why the hell do they need to put a warning about the wii remote in this video?! Cracks me up.

  • So excited for this game. It looks fantastic. Atlus has REALLY outdone themselves this time.

  • Definitely, I think this could rival Under the Knife and Second Opinion.

  • Definitely. It looks like it's going to rival even Under the Knife and Second Opinion.

  • @ColorOfSakura That's an understatement.

  • @Crazycolorz5 eh, the game was kinda short. i finished it in less than a day

  • @DoctorRainbow8321 I Finished in a few days... being yesterday I finished.

  • PRE-ORDERING.

  • lol at the min 2:33 appear 4 patients O.o

  • Keep on going with the puns Atlus -_-

  • Every field looks great. Really the only problem I have with Trauma Team is that there is no time limit and the blood looks like jello.

  • dude, there's no limit time but just in Orthopedics

  • Surgery doesn't have one. Go see the video smart one.

  • Wait, you like it with the time limit? The time limit makes no sense to me. Like when the patient is completely cured and all you need to do is apply the bandage, time runs out and they die instantly. Does that make sense? No. The only mode with a timer is Endoscopy. That makes a little more sense because the endoscope would need a power source, and it probably wouldn't last forever. As for the jello-blood, that's just to let more sensitive people play the game without getting grossed out.

  • I can understand the blood. Yeah and I get your point about the instant death when you heal them, but it stresses you out to get it done as fast as you can to get that important XS. i just like having limits. I hate being overpowered which is why I didn't like Bioshock much.

  • Well, there would probably be a decent speed bonus, without which a high grade would be nearly impossible, so in a way there's still a timer, but the difference is that taking too long doesn't mean instant failure.

  • That I could understand.

  • This to me is going to be the best mode. It's very fast, very simple, and very tense requiring quick thinking

  • But I don't want to have someone die on me D:

  • @number48 Lol, then don't be a doctor. That can happen sometimes if you're a doctor

  • @number48 Then be good at the game.

  • just one walktrhough to go, please hurry. I bet Gabriel es a pervy doctor xDD

  • No. Actually he is supposed to be angry which causes him to lash at his wife and child. Basically his inner conflict is becoming more or less nicer and under control.

  • Exactly.

  • Davvero stupendo poter occuparsi di più pazienti non chirurgicamente.

La velocità e la precisione sono fondamentali per un paramedico cosi' impegnato.

  • I wonder if allowing some patients to die will affect the outcome of the story. o.o

  • @Uatoob I bet that you'll probably deal with plot critical patients first (and then if you fail then you lose overall) and then you get the expendable patients

  • That sounds like a reasonable system. Thanks. :)

Only one real way to find out, though. I'm going to try and save as many virtual patients as I can when the game comes out!

  • Although one thing that I am also betting is that Vitals = -1 isn't actual death but rather the patient is so far gone that it would be pointless or way too tedious to continue and rather just treat the other ones; so in essence you can let plot critical patients go to 0 and get a failure but then you get the power of cutscene and everything is all right.

I mean very rarely in the TC games does -1 Vitals seem like the patient dies but rather the doctor screwed up.

  • Hrmhrm. Then again, this is basically patient juggling, so some prioritizing may be in order.

  • Especially when having more than one stresses you.

  • There was never a time when a Trauma Center game has NOT been stressful. XD

  • Hmm... Doesn't look too bad. Unfortunately, I don't own a Wii...

As an EMT, I'd say this looks not too far off. Alright, normally you don't use the Jaws of Life on a steel beam stuck into the the chest of patient... *chuckles* And you leave objects in the wounds, because otherwise the bleeding will start again/increase. Last but not least - a tracheotomy with carpet knife and pen? Oh boy... *facepalms*

Well, I might be too critical but there are some things which shouldn't be shown to the

  • average consumer because they just don't work out there and are even potentially dangerous.

But apart from that this might be a really good and entertaining game. :)

  • I wonder if there going to be a mode that has unlimited patients or something like 100 patients.

  • This one is gonna be full of suspense! I can't wait.

  • ..........

For once, I'm speechless. This is going to be amazing.

  • Man, this is looking amazing, didnt thought it was going to be this great, but I'm yet to try it

  • omg this is the best game i ever see!

  • This looks promising, can't wait till may

  • wii is a hit and miss, but I wouldn't mind owning one down the road. NIce, innovative games like this are what we need.
