@snake53831 Lately the server was being shut off at random times. It was caused by bugs overlaying and linking with other important things, so a lot of unneeded information from stuff, like mining, would override it all and cause it to shut down. The point of these patches was kind of to help that problem.

On the other hand, there is a new core (I believe it was), that is replacing the current one. It's to test how it works, so it could be used on the new server. That server isn't coming yet. ^^

@RealIcurbstompbabies Trust me, I moderate on Fallen-Empire, and I've helped with a lot of the current testing. It is not being shut down. Originally, the plan to test a new server core, ground up, was taking a god awful amount of time, so it was scrapped. In return, there have been a few slight changes, but the bugs are still being patched. It is extensive, but I hope to see it online myself soon.

@adremith First, you have to register at the top of the tab in your browser, log in with your username & password that you registered with, go to forums/home and click webclient. Then let it load and when it's finished loading, log in with your forum username & password.

@ilovegames98 Why would we be reset? On the forums, over numerous occasions, they had mention how they have saves of everything. It automatically saves every 30 minutes mind you, and when you log out. If worse did come to worse, does it really matter? The only problem would be prayer.... of which, I'm sure we'll all be able to set for a short period of time anyways.

Jagex? Really? I have no insight on the matter, considering my computer went internetless almost a week ago, but still. As much as I doubt it was for Jagex, I can't strongly reply. I know the economy wasn't coming back for quite some time, knowing many coding wanted to be done first. Plus, it wouldn't mean an entire server shut down, that included the site. Overall, it might be a funding issue, or even an update error mixed with some upgrades and bugs. As a proud game moderator, good luck.

@KnightOfSka Far as I remember, it can be through many reasons. Stupid reasons too, like stealing the designs of characters, or items. It can be from anything Jagex has copyrighted, while people use it without permission. To be honest, I could be entirely wrong, but I know we've been there to make sure were not getting anything out of this, money wise. I doubt it was Jagex, but who knows. Jagex has been there to shut down many great servers when they find themselves with a little competition. :P

its not offline. you can register an account but then you have to activate it in the email you put for it in order to work and to spawn stuff in this server you press ~ button then a blue/purple screen pops out then you can type (item) (code) (amount)

To be honest, it's basically, just a server with spawning on it. Yes you can pvp, but that's really it. A few teleports work, and maybe a skill or two. The 'new' server is the only one being worked on. It has the mini-games, the skills, many more places, including pvm all over, and a massive amount of actual things to do. :/ It's only going to get a thousand times better.
