Thanks Dude! Diet was following the P90x nutrition book. There are 2 options. you can either follow their daily recipes (great) or just follow the "portion plan"...that is what i did. eat the portions per the plan. NO pop, donuts, no white bread anymore. no cookies, junk food. no french fries. Natural food. I ate around 1800-2000 calories per day . I also jogged 2 -3 times per week (4.5 miles) training for the Triathlon..that helped burn more calories too. good luck all!!
stats....sorry i didnt have a way to check Body fat...I had about 1" pinch of stomach ftat, now about 3/8". Only lost 2 lbs. I did loose 1.5" in belt size! thx!
