The LP Calling Card was in my Christmas stocking in '77. How cool was german TV to be showing this? I know Rory had a huge following in mainland Europe and still does. I never figured out why he never cracked the US. I think the word is spreading now, though. Thanks for this amazing film.
All of Rory's Rockpalast work is wonderful. It's the closest some of us will get to a ringside seat at a Rory concert. This song shows off his jazzy side.
