IMO, I think this video would've been better if you showed the end result of the image. You did mention that when the image is saved, that it's not as jumpy. It would have been nice to see the comparison between playing the image on Photoshop vs. playing the image normally if you saw it on a website or something. Otherwise, good video buddy, very imformative.

incase someone is wondering how long 15 frames is in seconds

it depends if your at a fps (frames per second) of 30

then 15 frames is only a half second.

and the higher the fps, the smother the animation will be (less jumpy) but this will mean that 15 frams will last 1/4 of a second if my math is right xD
