God it's been almost 11 years since my last trip to Disneyland and I can still remember the opening announcement for this parade word for word. I was there for a week and saw the parade every night. :P Good times...
@tubemaster2703 as far as I know, I have yet to see an official album from Disney with the current EP soundtrack, altho I could be wrong, if anyone could chime in on this one that will be great, mastromjm and myself obtained ours from a source whom I cant mention.
nomatter the arangement of the music or the updates, the first and original will always be the best, long live the first an in my opinion only versoin of this wonderful parade, not saying the vid is bad at all, its just not the same parade i know and love
@pvtread, I agree;however, the musical sounds are both excellent. I too like the first original composer's electrical parade version, brings back memories.
@CrystalSanteo oh you have no idea, i remember watching the parade along mainstreet, after watching fantasmic, jumping on the train and haveing the train stop several times for the parade, the charictures would all wave to the train and the pirateship from fantasmic would go by, man talk about memorys, PLEASE DISNEYLAND BRING BACK THIS WONDERFUL PARADE AS I HAVE HEARD RUMERS OF THIS HAPPENING I AND MANY OTHERS WOULD BE FOREVER GREATFUL TO YOU
@MarioSonic2010 The music was written by multiple composers from Disney history, but the main theme was written by Jean Jacques-Perrey and Gershon Kingsley, with changes made by Don Dorsey. These arrangements were created by Gregory Smith and Bruce Healey.

@tubemaster2703 yes he does, even tho he passed in 1995, his voice is still used and edited to suit the park where ever the parade is performed.

@disneydanny2 He was probably the orchestral arranger, I'm sure.
mastromjm 1 year ago
@mastromjm no Greg Smith is the Arranger and conductor for Dreamlights, Steve Skorija is the Music Producer/ Director for Dreamlights.

@musicmanWP Ah! Thank you for the clarification!

@mastromjm Don't forget that Jim Christonson and Paul Beaver were also involved in the making of the electrical parade music as well...

@mastromjm This mix is based on the Tokyo Disneyland Electrical Parade Dreamlights Soundtrack. I didn't discover it until 3 months ago.
